Yes, I noticed that also. These two tournaments are having overlay pretty consistently every time I play them so maybe that's why they either eliminated them, it was just a screw up, or WPN are changing the GTD's? Who knows...

Would anybody else like to see more MTT's in the daily schedule?

Is there any way we could make one of the $6 rebuys a 6max? Preferably the 7ET or 9ET one. Obv alot of people love 6max and I think it would be nice to not basically have the same tournament running 2 hours apart.

Also, I think we need a 600/1200/150 level in every tourney. It's particularly need in the daily 6max.. The current structure cuts stacks in half around the money bubble and takes alot of playability away. I would certainly give up 350/700/75 for it.

Just a couple thoughts...

100/200, then 100/200/10 ante (or whatever it is) could be taken out. I'd rather that with the 600/1200 addition than to see 350/700 taken away.

I understand and accept them forcing us to play X tournament with the 1st seat one...but I really do wish we could at least unreg and choose to play it on a different night!


I'm going to come out and say this, I love WPN, but your MTT schedule is WEAK. There are too few good daily tournaments and the schedule is too spread out. Merge is in the process of banhammering and table capping tons of tournament regulars now is your chance to steal them away! Man up and get yourself a real mtt schedule! You might lose some money at 1st, but I'm almost certain people will come. EVERYONE knows the cashouts here are faster, but the poor schedule and clunky software keep them away.

Lots of small software issues need fixing, but in regards to tournaments you need to fix the table switching bug. Every time you get a table change you have to click 'Deal me in' that is just unacceptable...and not only that, but it won't let you click it for like 5-6 seconds at 1st lol

This. I've actually been transferred to a new table and waited for the blinds to pass me before I clicked 'Deal Me In'. Players should not be able to do this!

Also, what is up with level 18? In the midst of 500 chip jumps, we have a 400 and a 600? And then back to 500?

Regarding the schedule, you should lower your guarantees if necessary and run tournaments more often rather than running higher buy-in tournaments less frequently. With your entry prices too high you actually don't maximize player participation.

So you basically want a Merge schedule, only worse. I mean, I'm all for more mirco tourneys, but having 3 mtt's above $10 on your schedule would make a ton of people leave the site, me included.

You're never going to get that schedule, or at least I hope you never do. If you want those games, Merge already has them.

WPN should be trying to be the outlier. They should be offering Mtt's no other site is, not duplicating a schedule on a micro players site.

Like I have already said, there is plenty of value to be had every day on WPN. We should be looking at improvements to what is already there, not overhauling the schedule to accommodate a few micro players the way Merge has.

I would combine both of those schedules to try and make l happy. The lack of micro tournaments keeps players away. If you have more micro recs or regs they pool will grow slowly and more people will be playing all. I don't play much on BCP because I don't want to one or two table on a different software if it's not worth it. Soon as Winning fixed the schedules I would gladly come back and play and I'm sure a lot of others would as well.

I think everyone is fine with adding to the current schedule, that's the goal of the thread.. I'm concerned with the value people think they are going to get. Do you think every $5 should have a $1k+ GTD even tho the one that exists never hits $!k? What games could you possibly not like to add to your schedule, when you can cherry pick 2-3? For $63 you can play the 12.5k, 4k 6max, and $11 2.5k. That's pretty good value with the daily overlays and generally atrocious play.

You could add every single one of those mtt's to the schedule, just expect Merge-like GTD's. IMO, WPN will have a very hard time ever topping Bovada's schedule, but it can top Merge's.

IMO, WPN needs a complete restructuring of their schedule. If High Five proved anything, it's that leaving things the way they are in an ever changing landscape won't lend itself to players who enjoy playing on WPN for many reasons.

It's a slow part of the season, for sure. But High Five lost money on the whole. The daily MTT schedule has at best been treading water for months.

I'm putting together a comprehensive schedule for the WPN TD based on historical data. I'll post it here too for feedback. I think if you built something solid, people will come. It's worked in the past, and WPN does have current MTT's that have been thriving. So it's not as though people aren't ready for it. Again, IMO.

add some micros in...there is a huge break from 330 pm with the turbo $300 gtd PLO tourney and 7:15 or so from what im seeing

To the satty peeps. If u pre-buyin to the trny you are satting for and then win a seat u will be awarded trny bucks instead of the direct buy. You can then unregister the tourney u bought into with $$ and save your tourney bucks for whenever. Hope that helps.

a few of them seemed to be playing really strange with each other last night and all of the accounts opened within a day or 2 of each other.

I sent WTD a PM about them, he said that they aren't a team, and that they're aware of them. He also said he'd review the hand history of the tournament I FTed.

Still really weird.
