That ScottyWhen guy that's always grinding those low stakes tournaments, he sure is awesome.
Seriously though what did you have in mind? I like the direction this network is going with new GTD tourneys, although I think the consensus is 3 hours of late reg is creating some weird scenarios. Something about late regging for a tournament 3 hours after it started and then being ITM 15 minutes later seems a bit off.
Also the add ons in the rebuys by the time the rebuy ends can be 5bbs
There are plenty of teething problems but think they are going in the right direction
Figured we could discuss some of the games and which are you finding most profitable etc
Also there tend to be a lot of soft sats every evening for most of the gtd comps Do you play them? I've done pretty well in them generally have either an overlay or if its a rebuy they get loads of tkts Last night 3 tkt gtd for the 15k and they had 7 tkts and $90 Pretty sure it was a 5r with ~50 runners
Personally I don't have the time to play many of the evening satties. I usually start playing around 10 PM server time, so I end up late regging for the 12.5k deepstack and then just getting in everything else as it pops off. Not exactly optimal tournament selection but it's what I have to work with because of other commitments, lol.
I think the nightly schedule is definitely an improvement, hope they continue to tweak the morning/daytime stuff though. Right now I'm stuck with literally nothing regging for another 2 hours + 10 minutes except for a handful of CP satties...
And here I was thinking Scotty was the bot...lol. I only play the morning tourneys and the occasional 50/100k and most of the OSS/mOSS series, but any discussion improves everybody's game, and most of the tourney players have some kind of notes on all the regs.
First line was a joke, Scotty is usually pretty cool until the bad beat hits....
I pretty much play everything in the low buyin and depending on how my roll is situated, everything in the mid-buy-in's. Since I'm in the mountain time zone, I'll throw some hail mary's at the later micro's if I have been pretty down for the day. I will also play them like an absolute donk to get some of the gamble out of me.
Definitely recognize all of the SN's mentioned in the thread, and particularly Scotty When.
Should be pretty obvious what my screen name is.
I have to say, my new favorite player to be seated with has to be this iLoveny417 character. He runs 54/5 and talks so much ****, he is both entertaining and profitable. Seated to his left right now in the 1k.

LOL yeah that guy is awesome. URfelted, you're totally right I often give at least a minor chat blow up if I get KO'd on a bad beat. I try to say cryptic things and not tap the glass at least though, lol.
Other players that are like Christmas morning when you see them at your table... ESCORPION, RiverRat2012, laker, Maldito1... I'm sure I'll think of others.
