I emailed them(ACR) this morning about their server and the normal regular schedule.

This was their response.

First I want to apologies in behalf Americas card poker for any inconvenience this down time might cause you.
Also want to let you now the site is working perfectly, since we fix the issue with the server, you should be able to log in a play you favorite table as you normally do.

Play at your own risk. They're going to tell you everything is fine, just like they did the first and second time etc. etc. Note that I don't think they're lying. I do think they're being blindly optimistic about issues. Who knows, maybe they really will be fixed. The problem is we won't know for a while.

Translation of "If you experience some changes on the schedule, please let us now so we can fix them for you" really means in the highly possible even that issues outside of your control happen again, please let us know so we can continue putting rubber patches on the boat so it doesn't sink.

This wasn't the first time the site went "down." I'm personally going to wait it out and continue checking this subforum to see if any of the Guinea Pigs who play had problems (sorry guys!).

in light of hte server issues i snap withdrew.. but after bloating the guarantees and the dime doesn't really matter all THAT much to me, i asked live support to reverse it. there was an issue and i couldnt reverse it.

the guy at the other end even specifically said regarding my inquiry "lol, i wouldn't do it today just yet"

i said hmm maybe sunday n he said something along the lines of yeah should be up and running again etc etc etc.

he didn't sound too confident, so i'd say the optimism they're expressing to the player base is probably mainly that: optimism.
