would even let me unregister from upcoming tourneys.. begged live chat to do it.. while. 10 and 20s were popping up every couple mins on unplayable software.. no buttons, unable to "take my seat" timing out.. etc.. what a farce ... maybe an upgrade from ColecoVision to 8 bit software? idk.. someone go down to the server and blow in the cartridge, and bang on the sides a few times..

Anyone get refunds from last nights on demands that all went down and cancelled? Said they were working on it last night. Apparently they have one person individually take the money and set off on foot to each players house and hand it to them face to face. That's the only explanation I can think of as to why it takes them so freaking long every single time.

Anybody else not get refunds from Wednesday night. I was just told now (after 3 days) that all refunds have been made. Yet I never got mine. And the idiot chat agent lady tells me to email the ID to them so they can figure it out but how the hell am I supposed to know the ID when the tourney canceled 2 minutes after starting. It's not in my tournament history. I'm so sick of these clowns. Over and over again they put the burden on us rather than handling their shiit like any normal site would.

Getting more than 15 hands completed without lagging is impossible right now.
I had pocket Q's and pocket A's folded because the game will freeze. That was just in the last 20 mins. If I wait till the table resumes the hands that I have missed just zoom by before my eyes and I can't do anything about it...
