Has anyone noticed if there is a pattern to when they go down?

Same time of the night?

# of tourneys running?

# of people online?

Solar flares or asteroid impacts?

Overlays > 1k ?

Any coincidence or pattern?

Just wondering, because if there is, I'll log off right before the unscheduled outage.

I think it's seriously time for us to take our business elsewhere. This is absurd. I can get back on the network now, but it wont let me take my seat. I can see my seld getting ****ing blinded down in the lobby right now.

Wtf is wrong with this site seriously. How can anyone have any confidence that their money is safe to put in play knowing that every time this happens we gotta wait days for refunds while they sort out all the issues

2 minutes ago I'm in a double or nothin 5 handed with 3k in chips. Just clicked my tournaments in the lobby to try and get the tourney lobby open and it shows us 4 handed and I have 75 chips. All while I'm watching a frozen table with everyone inactive an it shows me with 2700ish? Talk about f&@$ed up.

Exactly...yet how does it decide who should keep winning pots? Are there people immune to these crashes that just sit there and scoop all the pots???

On one of my tables I was the only one still sitting in. On another, I was sitting out. There doesn't seem to be any rhyme or reason to it. I wish they would just pause everything at the first sign of failure.

Ive been on table where everyone dropped out but i kept scooping pots. Sigh. I got away from merge and revolutions BS and thought I finally found a good network. Sucks to be American.

They just cancel the tournament and refund everyone's buy-in.... Its bull****.

Oh, tournament isn't going to hit the guarantee? **** it, just pull the plug and refund their buy-in's in a couple of days.

What really, really pisses me off about this is that they had representatives on here as recently as today saying that these issues were fixed....

Well what'll happen is you'll start playing and all ur tables will crash and your whole roll will have to be refunded which the customer support people will say "they're working on" and maybe in a few days you'll get it back if you bug them enough. Only to have the cycle repeat in 2 weeks

What are the other viable options for us stateside tho?? Bovada, which I love their site and software an all but can't stand the anonymous crap....and lock, which I hear takes about 15 months to get paid out on. Anyone care to weigh in?
