so my friend who plays a lot of bj on true was playing earlier this evening was up about 1400 and goes to cash out and they freeze his account telll him sorry our bj malfunctioned while you were playing we have to take back your winnings...
That is complete bull**** i am not happy about this either because he has lost a lot on the bj and the one time he wins they still take it away..There is something not right about this at all, mind you this is the second time something like this has happened to him on the casino...your money is not safe on that site..winning is getting worse and worse....did anyone elses blackjack "malfunction" tonight ? just curious.

I don't play black jack just poker. Why would they take away his winnings he already won? Maybe that 1 hand that froze.

They've delayed my casino withdrawal for debit card for more than a week before but nothing like taking back the winnings.

Sometimes the blackjack does crash there though it just keeps the hand there until you refresh window.

I understand the theory behind pics or it didn't happen, but I'm taking the side of OP. It's still a garbage policy, and not always realistic. I had a $20 sng freeze about a month ago. I made a forum post about it. The screen froze completely. Shortly after i get an error message saying "this window was closed by the host. While i was talking to live chat, i realized its a pointless battle. I lost less $20 so I'm not too upset, but the principle still applies. You can't always get a screen shot. Especially if the host closes the window. Also you can't expect me to believe wpn has no record of the extra money on the books?

The freeze you experienced happens to me everyday on 15+ tables at a time...and yea they dont care at all.

Tables freezing is completely different than someone getting robbed by online BJ. Do people really think that online BJ is safe? Lulz.
