I just received a very disturbing answer from support. I won my PCPC package last weekend, and called them just now to ask if I play the satellite today that I have a seat for from the Sit n Crush whether I get $4900 in tourney bucks, or a package that is then my responsibility to sell. He said neither. All I get is $800 in cash. And THAT'S IT. Can you verify this? So far, I've heard all three answers. Seriously, what the **** is wrong with your customer support?

I just won my package. I figured I would just be able to unregister and my account would be credited the $4900 if I decided I didn't want to go. After talking to support this doesn't seem to be the case. I'm afraid to unregister. not sure what will happen. Anybody have any into on how I can just get the cash if I decide not to go? Thanks.
