do you work for ACR or something? It would have been BS because I registered for the on demand SnG at around 2am and waited until after 5am and the site was still down. If by some chance the SnG started whenever they got back online and I was just blinded out that would be BS. Should I just wait forever when this happens next time? They should not expect the same players who registered for a SnG at 2am to still be up and waiting hours later, with no warning of when they will be back up.

You obviously haven't noticed ACR has no issue these days of overlay in big tournaments

Seriously how can people not comprehend that ACR loses way more in rake from being down than the potential overlays blows my mind (not to mention the harm to customer retention). 2 days of not raking cash/sngs/mtts fully not to mention sports/casino yea... 2+2 = 3 it seems

OP's question about refund policy was answered and this overlaps too much with the main disconnection thread. If someone wants to make a standalone thread about ACR's refund policy feel free to but this thread overlaps too much
