Has anyone noticed that if you've earned any stellar rewards (medals of distinction), your VPP counter has not reset for 2014, despite the wording on True/ACR saying that those will reset each calendar year? What I mean is:

Note that I've redeemed the first six rewards, and those have been inexplicably carried over from last year, without my BPs/VPPs. It can't be both ways. Either my VPPs should roll over with the stellar rewards, or neither should. Right?

You should be able to start at zero and earn the $10 stellar rewards from the beginning of the new year, not be ineligible to earn them because you redeemed them last year. Am I correct, or is this WPN's policy?

My medals reset but when I try to redeem them it says "Error We're sorry but an error occurred when trying to redeem the promotion. If this problem persists please contact customer support. Error code: -10 Error message prize already redeemed."
