1. If the big blind from hand 1 sits out after hand 1, the UTG from hand 1 will then skip the big blind for hand 2 and go directly to the small blind. This can be abused.

2. If you sit out as the small blind, you can post in the CO like normal, but it counts as part of your bet rather than dead money.

Both of these two could cause problems (although obviously very easily detected.)

Just to add something to this. Is it just me or, when you get disconnected/ timeout you have to post again to get in. Regardless of position.

bunker, you talking about cash games?

i see people short stacking, get felted, and after they rebuy they cant play another hand until the bb comes around unless they post out of position.

#1 can be abused. #2 isn't as big a deal because posting in the CO is still a disadvantage whether its dead money or not.

Yes. Cash games. I have been disconnected a couple times and also timed out a few times. When this happened I had to repost. In multiple positions. MP, etc.

Doesn't seem right. Obv. You pay your blinds you deserve to see a full orbit of hands.
