I opened a new account here and deposited immediately and then right after that I sent in documents to security. This was on December 3rd. I have since written security three times and they have not replied. This doesn't make me feel great about the new poker room that I am playing.
Does True have poor customer relations?

Ive had nothing but good experiences with them.
Try using live chat and ask whats going on

Live chat has always been responsive & fairly competent.

Sorry you're coming in on the downside of downtime. Let's hope they get this back up quickly this morning.

I'm not sure why I didnt think of live chat already. That is usually the first place I go. I went there now and they informed me that my account is good to go and verified and that they emailed me to let me know but its not going through for some reason. I tend to believe this because I also did not get the automated response all three times I emailed them.

check spam folder and add them to ur contacts.

Yeas its not in spam either. I think im gonna change my email when the site gets back up and running. It could be an issue regarding AOL. It wouldnt be the first time that happened.
