I think it is a legitimate topic that the Mods of this forum should allow to openly happen with the community

If the sponsor of this forum does not want to openly speak about it the online poker community should.

If the sponsor of this forum does not want discussions about the terms of service agreement to happen on this sub section that is paid for then Mod please move it to an open discussion area of this forum.

Notice I didn't mention the "word" the no no word

It has been a long debated topic. I have went in circles for a long time with this network about this topic all met with sarcasm, condescending tones, and no action that is vigilant and visible.

I hear many quickly say offer up proof
The fact is the act of offering proof is actually against the terms of service agreement in itself. You can not openly exchange this information.

The entire direction of these talks needs to be reinvented. The same methods from years ago that have obv not worked need to evolve as the times have vastly changed over the years.

I have personally voted with my feet some time ago. I was once one of the top volume players on this network and can't comfortably play on this network and feel the games are fair and terms of service is being enforced and when broken due and just compensation is awarded to victims.

I write this post because every time I do browse this subsection I see legit concerns being brushed off as nothing when in fact something is very much occurring and nothing is being done about it.
