What is this?

I'm trying to contact support and that's the message I get... that's ridiculous. How am I supposed to prove I'm a human when all it asks for is my name and email?

Should have responded "Damn, my cover is blown. Ok, the truth is my name is Prot. I'm from the planet K-PAX, 1,000 light years away in the Lyra constellation. I need to generate your world's trading value so that I may eat your lovely fruit and foods while I complete my vacation. This is why I play this this archaic game of cards."

Would be amusing to see if they got it. Don't think they would, but would love to have read the chat log if so.

LOL no it doesn't even open the chat log. It gives that message on top.

If you go to the website and contact support you don't get the same message... from what I can tell.

That message is pretty unprofessional.

That whole page is broken. You have to go into the faq and contact support from there. I brought this up to them and they didn't fix it. Would take like 1 hours of their web developer's time.

Sounds like maybe there's a captcha test that you're failing without realizing.

Are you running NoScript or something like that in your browser?

I have no idea. It was easy for me to contact support through their webpage, though.

Can you post the link you are receiving this on for me to investigate, or let me know which skin specifically this is failing on?

is this for the live chat or email submission as the live chat button is above the email submission form and are 2 separate things.

To access live chat you need to click on the live chat button.

For ACR as example

I do how ever see the captch is missing the arrow image from the email form.

iggytt2, how did you notify them about the issue so i can follow up, can you be more specific as

It's on the ACR skin, when I clicked on Help -> Call Support. It worked fine when I used the Website to contact support.

they are working on the missing image in the poker client under Help / Call Support and the live chat link that for me also did not open, should be resolved shortly.

still getting the "sorry you're not human" reply on the live chat page in support fyi.

Sorry you are not human error is for the email web form, you do not have to fill out those fields to enter into live chat.

Do you get that after sliding the image to the right?

I see yes, the links from the Poker client and the page that opens is not working, let me chase web dev to see why it hasn't been resolved yet.

Okay, we should be all fixed up now, it was an issue detecting the browser properly and showing the image or not as we try to support as many browser versions going back as far as we can.
