Two issues here with Black Chip and Winnings Live Poker Support:

Problem 1:
Last night I played a $4 sat for a $30 tournament. Six players won seats.

I found myself already regged in the target T but only 2 other players were regged. I tried to unreg and keep the T$ and a pop-up told me this was not allowed, please contact customer support. I used the live chat option and got 'Frankie'. He repeated that all seats won had to be played. I told him to check the players regged list in the target T and tell me why some of the seat winners were not regged. He said he'd look into it. The tourney started. The full list of players:

As you can see, from the first screenshot, besides me, these 5 players won seats in the sat:
greenfountain
happyhippo
jp1979
twinprune13
xx85340

These three never played:
greenfountain
happyhippo
jp1979

After the T, I checked my email to see if Black Chip had gotten back to me there as they never did on livechat. Here come the major security issues.

I had this email.

Problem 2:

I went to the support desk. I got this when I logged in:

I emailed Daniel to tell him there was a problem and also emailed Live Poker Support and Black Chip with the screenshots.

For Problem 1, I also sent Black Chip the screen shots of sat winners vs regged players. I got this in response:

I continue to send screenshots to show this is untrue. I continue to get the exact same reponse through this moment.

Regarding Problem 2 - really the more serious issue, this morning I had this email:

I duly logged on the Live Poker Support and got this:

Yes, his full name, phone number, player name etc.

This morning I sent and resent screenshots and critical issue complaints. I also emailed Randall with the screenshots of his account. I've now gotten this:
Greetings from Black Chip Poker! It is a pleasure to be of your assistance.

Thank you very much for your report; we will forward this information to our IT department to take the necessary corrective measures.

If you need further assistance please do not hesitate to contact us.

I still get auto-logged into Randall's account profile. I log out, log in again and still get Randall.

as far as the first part of your inquiry to BCP goes,Ive always been able to un-reg from satellite won tourn seats in exchange for T$.
Up until last week anyway.Havent played in one since then.May be a new policy

weird --

I'm not sure I understand what Oscar is saying - so if I sign up with real money to a tourny, win a satty to it after i sign up, the system credits my account with money instead of the ticket?

all together, a glitchy experience you are having.. thanks for sharing, hope to see it resolved

Hello StGilmore,

We Appreciated the report of the LivePokerSupport issue. I am currently working with our provider to see why this could be happening, we had recently upgraded the LivePokerSupport system to improve performance a few weeks ago, and this is the first report of such an incident. I will keep you posted and may be in touch via email / private message if needed for more information.

StGilmore, can you send me a private message or email, it does not seem you have it enabled in your account, or i can not send them to you as i am a new account.
05-30-2013 , 05:45 PM
WPN-IT I've added you to my contacts as I'm unable to pm you either.
05-30-2013 , 05:53 PM
I will send over an email for you shortly, i need to see the content of the images to track back the account it is associating the login to.

Hi Mods - I used the 'report' button to ask that Randal's screenshots be removed from my post or fixed... I can't edit it myself, is that right?
05-30-2013 , 06:09 PM
Are you able to use the Edit button just below your post? If so you can then edit your post and remove the images.

the forums may have a time limit on post that you can edit possibly though

[EDIT] Yes, it seems after about 30mins you can not longer edit your post
05-30-2013 , 06:10 PM
That's exactly it - I'm unable to edit myself at this point.

The owners of the other two profiles I've encountered have been emailing with me. Just got this:

Thanks...I tried to open up some of my transactions (communications) on the LPS and even though they had my original headings, the content inside was from your account. Wow...can it get any better...

One of the worst parts for me is I had no idea an account was being created somewhere when I contacted livechat on BCP. This is insane.

The account creation simply takes your email, which is already in the system from when you send in an inquiry and generates a random password, this allows you to keep track of all of your tickets you submit to livepokersupport under that email address by logging into the system.

I have received your email and am reviewing it now.

Had a very good and professional interaction with WPN-IT regarding the personal info breach and today he solved the problem.
He said this:
I am leaning towards it being a backend cache system we use to server up content faster.

The support site is supposed to make communication between players and the network easier and faster - you submit an issue 'ticket' and you can track them and see all the responses. Thing is, to me it's like a wooden outbuilding next to a fortified castle. There are tickets about debit cards and all sorts on there - still makes me uneasy.
