If you win a ticket in a satty can you choose to just convert it to an equivalent amount of tourney bucks are are you restricted to taking a ticket?

Just in case I'm not clear, say I place top-40 in the upcoming 40 seat gtd satellite for the $420K GTD. Can I choose to have $420 added to my tourney bucks balance or can I only win a ticket that gets me entry to that particular event, the $420K?

You get registered into the game that the satty is for, but if you're already registered it playing it, then you received TB. They are taken first whenever you enter a tournament. They will be used for a $1.00 or $500 game, doesn't matter.

If you want the TB, you can early register into the game the satellite is for, win your seat, that will be credited as TB, and then unregister from the game as long as it hasn't started.

Scoop was on a rampage last night, he won the highroller wednesday tournament and took 6th in a 100$ tourny....If I could avoid straight and flush combo draws like him I could make deep runs too.....it just seemed weird that the opponent he played heads up is a guy who just created an account and had played only 1, $50 tourney prior to playing the $500 tourney....
