How many people need to be registered for this to run? It seems like it gets canceled at a decent clip.

It needs 14, which is too many, but you can see by clicking prize structure.

And cancelled once again.... It makes absolutely no sense why that tournament has such a large number of people required. PEOPLE WILL PLAY IT IF IT RUNS, NO ONE REGISTERS EARLY ON YOUR SITE.

You seem to not understand that you wouldn't overlay if the thing only started, but it has to start. I personally think 9 people is the number, and if you have problems, fix the # of seats going forward.

I saw a suggestion get rid of all satellites for individual tournaments and move to standardized buy in amounts and just run general sats for tickets, why not do that? Leave the majors I guess would make the most sense, but your biggest satellite for your biggest weekly MTT requires an extra 3 hours of play for the main tournament, that is stupid.

I think his point was it's a 10 seat gtd, if it starts with 9 while paying 10 places it will end after the first hand as everyone is in the money.

Make it 5 seats gtd and 8 to run and see if that helps it go regularly?

Make it 11 then? Or move it down to below 10 seats, but something needs done. My whole beef is that there is one worthwhile satellite per week and it adds an extra 3 hours of play to the target tournament. I just skip that sat and buy in normally, but if I could sat in I'd spend that money on other MTTs like the $530..

Th entire sat schedule/structure needs a complete overall imo.

I have definitely noticed this, and thank you, but can we get clarification on how sattelites work now? The other day I won one with 2 levels left and was able to register myself. Today I won one and was auto registered, what is the process?

Also, now that there is tickets, if I win a satellite to a tournament that is not going, do I get a ticket or registered?

+1 to more and better satellites to the $215 main on Sunday.

You don't get cash anymore, unless I missed something. I saw TD post in another thread you get registered and then get a ticket if you unregister, what happens for on going satellites, just registered? It'd be nice if you could just get a ticket so if you don't want to start the MTT late you don't have to, but doubt you guys see any incentive to do that.
