I usually win multiple seats to the 50k but when I get knocked out and re enter, I am not asked if I want to use cash or TD, it automatically uses cash. Why would I want to use cash if I have tournament dollars? Am I missing something here ACR Rep?

You are correct that you should be able to this. Unfortunately for some reason this enhancement never made it to the top of the list. I'm going to see what I can do to make this happen soon.
