for me ( I have a grandfathered in 35% rakeback ) the deposit bonuses come out equaling about an extra ~10% in rakeback.

Yeah the way they handle the first deposit bonus is pretty much lol, gotta do the math yourself and hound their support. At least they are pretty responsive with these sort of things.

I earned 135.01 CP's yesterday, but only received 46.97 award points toward the "WINNING" re-deposit bonus so i'm not sure if it takes longer than a day for the award points to update?

I'm finding this to be true as well. Just logged in and noticed that my AP level was right to where it should be following a lot of back and forth with support. I'm definitely glad they fixed the problem. Thanks, ThatsAGoodCard, for the info!

Calculating this exactly, for cash game play, is more or less impossible. Playing style will alter the amount of points earned by each different player. Also in such a small sample size, so will card distribution.

Just take a guess at how much it would take you to rake 5k given how you perform on other sites, and voila, you have an estimate

My bonus is stuck as well. I had some luck with restarting the client but as of the last couple days its stuck. I guess I'll have to email them and show the calculations.

all u need to know, u get $1 per $5 u generate for tournaments. Its essentially 20% rake back.

i still have not been able to "release" my bonus daily, although i have been playing daily. I can only hope i am achieving the bonus properly, it seems accurate to me.

i have earned 759.54 points since my deposit on 12/28/14 yet as of right now the client states that I have only earned 233.16 towards my bonus and I havnt even played in 2 days...does it update once a week or something?

but bottom line is, its pretty tough to clear your whole bonus just playin part time.

so I emailed support and they said my bonus is correct. how can my transaction history for points show a total of 887.56 yet my bonus only has totaled 233.16?

1 comp point does = 1 bonus point right?

really seems impossible to clear the bonus unless your playing midstakes or low stakes as a full time player. im positive i won't deposit again for the bonus because of the fact at this point ill be lucky to clear 10 bucks at the end of the month. got a better shot cashing in the sitncrush leader board.

Just email support and they will change your account to rakeback. They only allow one change; so once it is rakeback, it will stay as rakeback.

No. If you have an account on Black Chip, asking them to switch it over to the 27% Rakeback program will suffice.

anyone else noticed the visa deposit option is not there? neither is PAY 2 CARD withdrawl option... wth is going on?! two days down, and now removing options so quickly without even a notice?!

was taken care of, was prob on ACR side, with security and not verifying info
