cant help then man, sometimes WPN's website(click throughs like cashier, store, etc) seem to malfunction. maybe email support and tell them to manually convert the points for $t money

There's a login button at the top right. You're not logged in.

Hi!

Im planning to play in this network. I looking for the best affiliate AC BC or TP. Thank you very much, and sorry if my question is not in the right topic.

BCP looks so much sleeker and polished than ACR.

How often does this network have reload bonuses?

They (WPN) has insisted on the phone to me that they will have one every month at this point but they never have had one for the month of March here. So, /shrug - Your guess is as good as mine.

There will likely be one leading into the $1,000,000 guaranteed tournament on April 12th.

For what it's worth, I was able to get switched back to RB after it was shown that the system was not tracking me despite confirmation when I first signed up. I was even able to receive a guarantee of retroactive rakeback with a little courtesy and a little pressing. They gave me everything I was supposed to be earning for the past four months.

Eddy R. is a helpful fella, and hats off to WPN for actually switching me AND giving me my rightful rakeback. I don't really see any better alternatives to WPN for Americans as it is, but they are definitely earning my appreciation with customer service like that.

Is it still possible to get 35% rakeback on ACR? I only see affiliates offering a max 27%..
03-23-2015 , 11:01 AM
No, that was only for people that were on Black Chip Poker when they moved from Merge (when Merge still offered rb) to WPN.

It's not possible too get 35% flat rakeback anywhere on WPN. Only 27% is available and sanctioned by the network. Should you come across any other deal it is fraudulent or outdated and should be reported to the WPN reps in this forum.

** please note that the Elite Benefits VIP program offers effective rewards rates up to 70% for nutso grinders (though most grinders will get between low thirties to mid forties percentage wise (not counting rewards from The Beast and/or Sit and Crush)

My BCP account was moved from merge. I haven't really used it since though. If I use it again and switch to rakeback, will I get 35%? Or did I have to do something back then?

How long did it take them to make the switch to rb for you? I talked to support twice and they said its under process and it has been a week. I wonder if the duration takes this long..

It was the next day. I started up a live support chat at 6:30 in the evening, it ended at 7:45, and the following morning at 11 AM my account was credited with retroactive rakeback (and I assume I was switched at that same time, I certainly am right now).

As you can see it was a bit of a long live support, most of the time spent was just me waiting while the agent Eddy R. was reviewing everything. He "sent a request" which I guess means he sent it to another department. Then when I asked about retroactive rakeback, he got his supervisor to review the case and that took about 30 minutes, at which point the supervisor sent the request to "affiliates" and I was told I would receive retroactive rakeback.

I was pretty courteous though towards the end I asked direct questions looking for a straight answer, but nonetheless courteous. That usually goes a long way. Other than that, I recommend going with a live chat as that also seems to get answers and solutions much quicker than e-mail, I doubt anybody is going to contact their supervisor and contact affiliates over an e-mail.

I played for about an hour and my bonus on my page says I have 114 ap and never changed. Logged out and back in and still says the same thing.

You've missed your window to get 35%.

Is there anyway to move back to rakeback after switching to the elite program?
03-26-2015 , 08:37 PM
I feel like my bonus is not gaining right, there has been numerous times that i play for hours and i do not gain any ap,s and it never updates. Accord to hem i have payed 2,648 in rake since receiving the 200 percent reload bonus. at 5.5 ap's/$1 in rake, that should be 14,564 ap's. Releasing $5 at every 120 ap that should be right over $600 released in bonus money. Is this correct or am i doing something wrong? At this point I have only $485 of the bonus earned. Please feel free to tell me if Im a idiot and just wrong on this. Thanks.

I get rakeback (27% I think) but no player points. Is this a bad deal? Rake seems high on this site. Played 100k hands at mostly NL25 & NL50 and paid 2.8k in rake. Seems like a lot

High volume players are often much better on Elite Benefits VIP. The rake on this site isn't high at all... specially when you consider your Beast rake race payments...

I apologize as I know a dozen people ask about this a day but I just glazed over it in the past: I started at VIP (as everyone does) and changed to rakeback almost immediately. Is there any way for me to change back to VIP at this time?

Thanks

All the Beast does is take extra rake from recs and medium volume players such as myself and gives it to the 15tabling regs. Poker shouldnt be about who can play 80hrs of 12tbls per week
