I have an account on True and another on ACR. One is rake back and the other is benefits. I prefer rakeback.

Can we let our rakeback sit in the account for an indefinite amount of time before requesting it to be released, sort of like the vault with Lock Poker back in the day?

Or is it auto released on a certain day each week if we don't manually request it?

rakeback is pry indeed nice but if u can obtain high vip levels, vip is better

correct me if im wrong , but the best advantage of the Elite program is that it is dealt rake and not contributed , so you can make more in rakeback in the long run because you dont have to necessarily be in a pot to get that rakeback.

If you don't request it manually, it will sit there and build as you play.

Where exactly, as in, from a visual perspective, is the button to claim RB on ACR? I've read on a handful of sites you click "rewards" then "rakeback" - but I have no "rakeback" button anywhere. Then I've heard that at the "bonus" tab if you're on RB, it will say "redeem rakeback" - but it doesn't say that either. For me, when I click rewards, it takes me to the whole rewards menu, with all of its tabs. Then if I click "bonus," it does have a section on the right that says "Available Bonus Cash" and there's a "click to redeem" button below - but clearly that implies bonus, not rakeback, though I have email confirmation from when I first opened my account that I was tagged with an affiliate. And calculating 27% of my tourney rake, it seems I should have a little more than the number in that section. Do SNGs and ODs not contribute to rakeback or something?

I can't tell if I'm tagged or not and if I am it feels like my "available bonus cash" is a little light.

When I signed up with my affiliate, I was still under the elite benefits system and not rakeback. Check your cashier to see if you're accumulating combat points or CPs or whatever they're called. I asked my affiliate about being on rakeback and I think I had to send the site an email asking to switch

I actually did have to contact support to make sure I switched, then I got email confirmation that I did. In my cashier I have 1 CP despite the fact that every tourney says I earned "2.60" or something. So I presume that means I'm on RB, but again, I don't know what that "bonus cash" to be redeemed is and it seems less than my RB should be.

Click Beast leaderboard, on that new window, right between Sit N Crush and Bonuses tab should be a tab that says Rakeback. If you are set up for it, it should be there.

When I click Beast leaderboard I don't have any tabs except for "Sit N Crush." No Bonuses, and no Rakeback.

Im assuming your signed up for the Elite program and not rakeback. You can email them to have them switch it for you.

Are elite members not allowed to use reload bonuses? Would like to know, thinking about switching to elite because i rake >700$/mo

elite members can take advantage of reload bonuses. u dont get punished either like on the rakeback system where the bonus is subtracted from ur rake paid.

I'm eagerly awaiting this. I have a few bills set aside and I'd like to get going on grinding out my bonus cash here. As it is now, I'm grinding more on Chico as the competition is ridiculously soft and the traffic is great. WPN is, by far, my favorite though so yeah ...the sooner the bonus goes into effect the better.
