My rakeback page hasn't updated since sunday. I assumed with the server coming down yesterday I would give it a day. But still showing zero across the board this morning after the 1 am update last night.

Frustrating as this is now the third time this has happened and I had to send to support to get it corrected the last two times. Only because it is the start of a new week it stood out to me again.

Just spoke with support and got "Yes the rakeback and bonuses are not showing correctly due to an update we are running, by tonight it will be ready"

So hope that helps anyone else with a similar problem

also, what are the chances you guys think we will get another VIP Millionaires Club bonus for the next million. it took a little bit for it to appear after the last million so hopefully they offer it again. great promo.

it is a bonus they offered to players. for the first million it was 13000 points to unlock a seat to the 540 tourney. for the second it dropped to 6500 points to unlock the seat. great promo and a nice way to reward decent volume players while building up the entrants.

I know how to get my rakeback. I just had "0 available rakeback", despite playing a small session yesterday (raked something like $25-$30, can't tell exactly due to the way HEM handles the beast rake).

this rakeback situation is upsetting me , im one of the top raker's on this site . my weekly rakeback for monday and tuesday was $305 ....i know this because ive been constantly checking it waiting for it to be released...

i check a little later and my weekly amount is decreased to $268 and i suddenly have $18 available , previously was $0 . yet i did not receive or cash in my rakeback from monday or tuesday.

i played all day monday , literally the whole day and half the day tuesday . talking to support now and they are basically telling me im lying ... WTF IS GOING ON HERE

i have a question , is it better for me to switch to ELITE from rakeback if i plan on getting top 10 in the beast weekly?

how much more of a difference would it make?

there is a website that does a breakdown of this. i'm too lazy to find it sorry. and i cant confirm how accurate it is. from what i remember very high volumes benefit from elite benefits more.

I am looking to switch from rakeback to elite benefits. I have some rakeback that I have earned today but can't redeem until tomorrow. If I switch to elite benefits with the unclaimed rakeback will I lose that rakeback? I also have some bonus money that I have not claimed yet. Will I lose that bonus money when I switch over to elite?
