The bonus is advertised across the board in all the network's sites. You should be able to get it.

It appears there is a huge jump from 100k base points earned compared to 200k base points earned, in regards to the effective rake back percentage. at 100k points earned, rake back percentage appears to be 31.6%, eh? Then at 200k points earned it jumps to 40.86% effective rakeback, nice jump.

I basically just want to confirm that im reading the chart right and its there if anyone wants to look at it, its very detailed.

i guess im a bit confused to. I thought 100k was a huge milestone, u then qualify for the second highest tier and it is annually, in regards to the VIP level. So, i thought this was a big milestone and would be awarded accordingly, but no?

Do you still qualify for The Beast money if you are on the rake back program? I only have around 25K rank points so seems like the RB would be the better option if I still qualify for The Beast.

I signed up for rakeback on Blackchip with rakebrain.com, and they have confirmed with me that my rakeback account is all set up. Been playing all November, received nothing. Contacted rakebrain several times asking how my rakeback would be paid to me, no responses. When I log in to rakebrain, they offer no tracking data for my blackchip rakeback.



So I'm curious, is anyone else having trouble receiving their rakeback from rakebrain on Blackchip?

And also, how is rakeback usually paid on Blackchip?




....I realize that perhaps not enough time has gone by for me to receive rb, but it just seems odd that rakebrain have not been replying to any of my emails or messages for 2 weeks.

The rakeback is released manually and upon demand, there is a button under your promotions tab in the software client.

Unfortunately, I looked under Promotions, and only saw advertisements for tourneys and deposit bonuses and so on. I clicked all of them anyways because I lead a sad life, to no avail. No mention of rakeback anywhere to be found.

So I clicked leaderboard, and there was no rakeback tab to be found. Interestingly enough, I clicked the rewards tab, and it seems I am part of VIP program.


So, is it possible to be getting rakeback from rakebrain while also being in the VIP program? Or is rakebrain just awful/incompetent and they're completely lying to me by saying I have rakeback with them.

No, you can only have one or the other and it is just possible to switch once between the two. If you sign up for a new account, you are on the VIP program by default (unless you go through an affiliate link for a rakeback deal) which pays a higher percentage of rake back than the flat 27% when you grind a lot. You can either get on live chat to have it changed or drop a PM to Winning_TD to take a look.
