Am looking to deposit on Black Chip Poker, and join the WPN Network.

Can you confirm what fees are payable for withdrawals on your site, for a UK Player, who will be depositing and withdrawing using an E-Wallet?

at least waiman L at support has sympathy for me:

"I agreed with you, it is our error, and the system not updated on time for all the players under the VIP program"

like i told Waiman. You guys have some good things going but there are still some pretty bad things, i have had some unpleasant experiences that i do not expect as a poker playing consumer

i was wrong, i wasnt reset to the lowest tier, I also failed to qualify for veteran last month. I was supposed to but was grinding elsewhere, it was late last night, i must not have been able to interpret ****. all good here!

How do the satellite tickets work? If someone satted into the 1mill GTD and got the 300k second chance ticket too, can they unreg from those and use the money elsewhere on the site (smaller MTTs, SNGs, cash, etc)? Thanks.

Guys,

Does anyone know if there is a way to access the previous (more than 1 week ago) race results? I placed at the end of January and waited a little too long to complain about not receiving payment. I'm having trouble proving that I actually placed, even though my rakeback for those weeks was decently large.

Hello WPN rep. Just wondering if players can expect refunds who played in games with cyal8erloser/imahustababy. Also wondering when /if those accounts will be removed from S&C leader board. Also wondering if no refunds are going to be given, what happens to the funds in the closed accounts. Thanks for your time.

I tried to run the ACR and BCP clients through WINE on my linux machine. It seems to work OK except I can't create a new account. Is there another way for me to create an account (perhaps by emailing customer service) outside of the client application?

Yes, the security dept. sent me an email saying the accounts wee closed because they were found to be colluding together.

I'd be interested in a reply here but I'm not holding my breath.

Keep in mind if they issue any refunds it will mean that you didn't cash in games the colluders playe in but if you did "double up" they aren't going to pay you for those games and it should go to those who didn't win.

I tried to avoid playing games with these accounts already regged so personally I am not really looking for any refunds. However, I feel WPN owes it to the players that they take these incidents seriously and by giving refunds it shows WPN has the players best interests at heart. At this moment it almost appears that they are trying to sweep it under the rug since I have not seen one comment on the situation yet from anyone from WPN. Zero posts in the DoN collusion thread, zero replies to my pms. If it wasnt for security I still would not have gotten any replies at all.

If all of this happened today or yesterday I'd be a little more patient. In my experience with WPN, they make good on their problems, but they sometimes take a but of time to make a decision about non-routine refunds and whatnot (like the Bonus issued for those in the Million GTD.)

Also probably about a year ago I had a problem that I took up with WTD, and while it took him a few days to come to a resolution with me, he more than made up for my problem. I had no problem with the time delay, though.

I realize WPN is in a no win situation here HOWEVER this is a problem that could have been avoided altogether if they had been on top of it from the beginning. They were warned multiple times over quite a large time frame that the accounts were colluding and they did nothing about it until this past week.

No, you can get rakeback without signing up through an affiliate. When you first sign up, you will be on our elite program. With decent volume, this is more lucrative than rakeback. However, if you'd like to switch to rakeback, you may contact support.
