I wonder if it would be possible to have a "bad connection" option to make it easier for players with a bad connection to play?

(Currently I'm stuck on a wireless public network and the connection is horrible at times

What's the best way to know when a reload is offered? Seems there's no specific place to look.

On the main page under Promotions... Also a staff member may make a thread here regarding it.

^^This. The scrolling banner at the bottom of the main lobby in the client may advertise it as well.

Keep your eyes open, with the milly coming up it's likely we may see a reload before that series starts up to and through milly Sunday.

Go back to old payout structures. more people paid helps the recs not go broke so fast and stay around longer

Yeah, everyone can play for 3-4 hours to earn $.30 back on their buy in instead of playing for 6 hours to make way more to keep ROI up. Your poker profits come from your biggest scores, not from mincashing your way to an empire. I too, love to mincash (compared to busting and making nothing)...but poker is made from big wins.

the tournaments on this site have damn slow structures

levels should be like ten minutes with that many levels

this 15k guar will have like 150 people and take 8 hours to finish

Give me an option to not have the pop up when I close the client.

Fix the prize pool display in the lobby. I can only see 1 - 18th.

Obviously cards at showdown but that probably won't ever get fixed.

Do the anti-ratholing rules apply to all NLO8 tables or do they not? Only full ring and not 6-max? Only apply at certain stakes or above? Do they not apply to prop players?

I'm confused because I'm seeing a player leave 6-max NLO8 tables with more than the min buy-in and is able to sit a new table with a min stack again in under 30 minutes or whatever the time cutoff is to do that. This happens even though I always get the pop-up about the 30 minute wait period when I leave a table with > min stack.

Just wanted to see why all of my scores aren't showing up in my sharkscope. I just cashed the milly and the next day had another little cash and the milly doesn't show up but the smaller one does. Also won a couple of seats and that doesn't show up either.
any help appreciated.

Since I updated Windows 10 I haven't been able to access the rewards page, account page, cashier, etc. The only thing I am able to access is the tables lobby. I think it's because Windows 10 messed with how IE works somehow. Any known fix for this yet?
