WPN keeps saying as long as it's only one account per skin, you're OK. Perfect way to make sure you can turn a freezeout MTT tournament -- the very few that may exist -- into a reentry tournament if you want to.

Aw hell...the network doesn't stop you from registering from different skins before you've busted...and doesn't seem to give a rat's ass if you do.

Is there a way to make live chat etc pop up in a browser other than IE? I have chrome as my default browser but everything associated with the WPN client opens in IE. Is there a way to change this?

Hi WPN Rep,

I requested a bitcoin withdrawal Sunday evening on the 22nd. According to the financial history it now says success as of Monday evening. Typically I would have the bitcoin by now but have not yet received anything. I emailed blackchip poker support hours ago with no response, no confirmation email either.

People have told me before that there is a software program that will let you run two network clients at the same time. I even saw the software mentioned in a thread somewhere on 2+2 recently.

Is it standard for a tournament to not meet the guarantee.. then just not pay the guarantee? Isn't that what a guaranteed prizepool is?

I'll believe it's -EV when you can get someone from WPN corporate, ACR, BCP, True, etc., etc. to say one player is not allowed to register the same freezeout tournament with no late registration from different skins. Bad enough there are so pitiful few to begin with, but allowing this to happen reads to me as "we don't give a rat's ass".

G'luck getting them to say that you can't do that. I've tried. They won't.

Support Chat told me I should have seen it by today but I am not sure if they were just saying things because I still dont see anything.

Any updates on your end? I would appreciate it if there was a way to expedite or resolve this soon somehow.

Aside from the times WPN may run satellite freerolls w/o rebuys or reentry -- not very likely anymore, of course -- any others that do exist would be under the "Private" tournaments tab.

Emails do not work from your system. I've contacted support multiple times and they keep telling me they have sent emails to me requesting information, and I've never gotten anything from WPN.

I've emailed security@ requesting that my emails me updated, twice, and still no emails at all.

The last rep. I spoke with told me she was aware that people were not getting emails. Seems like nothing has been done about this yet. Please escalate if possible.

Can you give an update about new debit cards? I have been waiting since December 7th for a new one. I was told an entire batch of cards was lost because of courier issues, so surely that's something you would want to comment on if it has effected many customers?

This is not correct. If a tournament overlays it shows you how much money is in the prizepool but it still pays the guarantee.

Any chance this gets fixed? It shows RIGHT above the payouts the prize pool, which is incorrect. It's very misleading.
