Question about rakeback and bonuses Question about rakeback and bonuses

It's early and I may just not be understanding this correctly........

The current rakeback calculation is [(ring rake + tournament fees) - (bonus earned out)] * 27%

If they take the bonus earned out of the rake, then are we really getting a bonus if it's just comes from the rake?

With the bonus and rakeback u are essentially earning more rakeback during that time. The bonus amount is coming out of ur total rake contributed not ur total rakeback.

For games that contribute to the Beast or Sit&Crush:

(ring rake - Beast contribution + tournament fees - Sit&Crush contribution - bonus earned out) * 27%

And yes, the total rake return is higher with a bonus.

You are basically looking at 73% of whatever amount the bonus is (if you clear it). If you are patient like me you can just not redeem the bonus at all until it's completely cleared then immediately stop playing at this site lol.

That's the reason why you're still getting (73% of) a bonus - because it comes out of the rake. If it came out of the rakeback, then you'd be getting no bonus.

Ok I think I get it......If I clear a $100 bonus, I would not receive rakeback until I raked $100?

That's the same end result, but I don't think that's quite how it would work, unless the bonus clears at an amazing rate.

I'd expect something more like it taking $500 in rake to clear the $100 bonus, so you'd get the $100 bonus plus 27% of $400 ($500 rake - $100 bonus). So rather than getting $135 (27% of $500), you'd end up with $108 in RB (27% of $400) plus your $100 in bonus.

That's just an example - I have no idea how fast their bonuses clear. Could be that it takes $300 in rake, or $1,000, or something else - but I'd expect it to be more than $100. Whatever the amount is, the formulas are the same.

Whats the point. I never get my 27 percent. The "Available Rakeback" is never the same as the 27 percent "weekly rakeback". I dont do freerolls or any points or whatever. So basically the Beast is paid for by stealing our rakeback. I have emailed support, no reply. God I wish i could play on a real network like Stars.

Do you have any proof of this? Afaik this isn't true at all. And I play a lot, and track my rakeback.

Ok this is why I'm confused....

How do I have a negative (-$84) carryover from bonuses? Does it not come out of rake till it's redeemed?

Why bother with screenshots? all I am saying is that the rakeback screen either does not display properly, by not recording weekly automatic withdrawals, or that for some other reason my "available rakeback" is always way less than the "weekly rakeback" figure displayed for some other reason. The software is clunkalicious at best and the support will not repond even with a canned email response. Is any of this hard to beleive?

I've emailed them and had this fixed many times, fwiw.
