Question about happy hour

I feel like sometimes I'm not getting credit for happy hour and on demand entries. If I am q'ed in the on demand entries for the bonus points and it is also during the happy hour time period is it based off me registering for the on demand during that time period or is it based off the on demand tournament actually firing during that time period?
This is especially relevant during the early happy hours when not many things fire but I have had it not credit both ways on a few occasions.
It's based on it firing during happy hour.
Note that the ODs and other SNGs starting in the 11pm happy hour on Friday but ending after midnight will count for the following week.
