It is my understanding the both ACR and BCP share the same cashier. If I am verified with both rooms, am I able to use the same debit card for withdraws from both skins?

I would suggest requesting a check for the time being rather than a debit card - they have switched debit card companies.

Myself and a few others have not received our cash outs yet although we have received the e-mail from the cashier saying it was successfully processed.

I'm sure it will be sorted out in the end - but in the meantime cashing out as a check would be faster unless you already have the debit card.

I'd double check via email. Someone I know was told that they would need a new card for each skin.

I'm on 2 skins and use the same debit card.
