As you can see, I'm not one to post on 2+2, but I'm getting to a point where I don't know where else to turn. I have a deposit bonus that I've been retiring at a $5-$10 clip a day. For the last 8 days, I haven't received a bonus, and I've contacted support every day with no resolution - it's quite ridiculous.

Since my last bonus credit on 2-17, I have played 168 tournaments for a total rake of $197.42 (not including the little bit of cash I've played). This equates to 1,085.81 APs which would equal $45 in bonus.

If ACR is to ever become the business Phil wants it to be, small issues like this must be not be allowed to linger.

Can someone please help me.
