I'm new to the PT4 software. Have been using the trial this past month. I want to buy the software however it's not properly tracking my MTT results. I want to see if this is simply a configuration issue with Winning Poker that is an easy fix. I'm not very computer savvy with this stuff so it could have been my mistake when configuring. Its working fine for cash game sessions. For MTTs it seems to list all the MTTs I play and stores the hands fine. However the buy ins, results, and # of players are all off. My graph has been a flat line for Dec/Jan around the $30 mark. Which is wildly off and I can't even find where that number is coming from. Has anyone had this issue on ACR with tracking softwares and can offer any fixes?

It's not just you. I talked with PT4 support some time last year about this, and they confirmed that tournaments may not track correctly. I haven't played on ACR for a couple months, so I don't know if there's a fix yet, but you can always update tournament information manually. A bit of a pain if you play a lot of tournaments, but better than nothing.

You used to be able to copy the tournament data and then import it into PT4, but with the new software update to the cashier, that can't happen.

So the only way to do it now is to update then manually.
