My games are constantly lagging or timing out completely. Sometimes an error pops up that says "server cannot be found". I have tripled check my connection and there are no issues. I have used internet/streamed video/downlaoded movies all while ACR was not working because it could not locate the server. I have ceased all this activitied hoping it was just slowing it down but even with no other bandwidth being used I was still seeing hands take 2 minutes to deal face cards and when I came back I was inactive. I have to leave the table and rejoin all the time or else it just freezes all together. Any known issue that may cause this?

Edit to add support basically just says they are having no issues and its on my end but literally everything else works internet wise. I stream HD video for hours and then try and play and its ungodly slow but support just says its my connection.

How many tables are you playing? What are the specs on your computer? Are you using pokertracker?

Yeah, that's pretty much a good 1/3 of this forum, all re: software problems and support says it's my fault. Read through the forum and you'll find many other instances of this.

F n A, i am about to deposit and then i get reminded of this stuff. I have only tested play money tables, about 4 of them and things seemed fine and I had everything setup just how i prefer to play. The software doesnt seem bad at all, in fact its not far behind Merge's.

However, I am yet to play a real money hand or tourney, when I am playing 18 SNG's is this going to become a problem? I notice lobby lags, thats about it, but at WPN I dont even care to open sng lobbies, I will simply right click in the main SNG lobby and register from there.

I guess time will tell, but $100 max Visa deposit wtf??

few PC specs - Performance info and tools in control panel says the following if this is of help, Clutch, i would appreciate any feedback before i play there. these are based of Windows Experience Index where ratings go from 1 to 7.9 with the latter being the best

processor (calculations per second) 7.6
memory (RAM) 7.6
graphics 6.0
gaming graphics 6.0
primary hard disk 5.9

also, 1.17 TB free of 1.35 TB - no issues here ha, sick pc brag or no???

OP: I'm using a really old computer right now because my other computer recently burned out. If I'm only playing 2 or 3 tables I'm not having the problems you describe so it might be a problem on your computer. A couple things you might try is uninstalling the client, deleting the directory and then reinstalling it. Running an anti-virus program like Malwarebytes might also be a good idea.

When I'm using a computer with decent specs I usually keep a second operating system on it by running VMWare or Oracle's VM VirtualBox. That way I can always run a program that is giving me trouble on that virtual operating system which lets me immediately know if the problem is the program or my base operating system.

this happens to me all the time.... I normally play HU SNGs. It will lag, then waste my time bank, freeze....then sit me out. Ive even hit the "deal me in" button and it will just disappear and ill still be sitting out watching my blinds being taken. Support says its all on my end which is complete bull****! Ive even sent them a video of this happening and they still say its on my end!!! I dunno what to do anymore.

You're more than fine.

The only suggestion I have for really anyone that is experiencing lag when they are on tons of tables, if they have a real up to date system, is to make sure to run the full house keeping on PokerTracker and HEM. I run the small housekeeping/maintenance every 10-20k hands and the full housekeeping/maintenance every 50k hands.

I think I have solved this issue. I use google chrome so didn't occur to me. When I got my computer it came pre-installed with a security toolbar as part of IE. I disabled this and haven't had issues since.
