Please confirm that, "our weekly competitions that run from Saturday at 00:00 until the following Friday at 23:59, each week" means that any tournaments that start prior to 23:59 on Friday will have any points acquired, applied to that weeks promotion, even if the tournament does not complete until after this time period.

I am still seeing Redmira and Oxystacey use two time-banks in tournaments. They don't always use it right away like they did in the past, but they still seem to use their DC time-bank if it looks like they might not min-cash. I don't see Masterdoctor anymore, but there is a new Ukrainian player with the name myhagnum1968 that's from Ukraine and is using his DC time-bank as well.

I have affiliates players not wanting to play certain games that are being ruined by a group of players working as a team

Please review #7691207 and the play of table #17 from the begining of level 16 these player are cashing at rates that are absord

I have just checked many things and i dont see any evidence.

However i have sent it over to the security team to investigate

how about cracking down on the large stables that are clearly sharing their HH databases and some even using Ghosting once they make a deep run.

Ghosting is not against the terms of service of any poker site as far as I know, Pokerstars included. I'm not sure what ACR's ToS say about sharing hand histories, though.

How would you go about confirming someone is doing these things? Bot rings and collusion seem like much easier issues to identify and take action against.

One of the reasons ghosting isn't against the ToS of any site is because even if it were, it'd be unenforceable. As for sharing hand histories, I've heard sites where it was illegal have caught people in the past but no idea how. Maybe they noticed tendencies changed?
