Maybe a different color coding system for players? tad more diverse, no way the code is that hard (considering the similarity in colors makes it seem like lazy coding).

Missing buttons, every table change freezes me out as well as add-on periods, have to completely reboot computer to reopen ACR (all the other skins no problem) deleted and re-installed software, no cashier, no rewards page, and two different people tried to P2P me in the last 12 hours and both told me they said the name was invalid. One copied and pasted from his prior history, so no typos. The closest I have gotten for a response is some mensa member on the phone telling me it was my computer. Sure, somehow my computer has made my name on the WPN network invalid when a third party tries to send me money. Aside from the actual hard dollars it has cost me, the amount of frustration is unfuxingbelievable.

I was just playing two tournaments online and got disconnected. Is ACR down right now? I can't log back in.

My username is OneBluffMan and I tried signing up for some $2 Jackpot Poker games, when it errored out and the game did not appear. The funds were deducted from my account and I contacted support for a refund, but was told there was nothing they can do and it would be automatically refunded to me when the issue is resolved.

I saw another user post in the jackpot poker thread the same issue but he was refunded through live support. Why is this error over a month ago still going on, and why are there different refund protocols?

I'm not sure of how many games i've signed up for on Jackpot Poker where it errored out like above, I only caught on these few times...

Can you please provide some clarity as to why the Sportsbook has been down for 16 hours? Atleast an update would be nice. This is a bit crazy!

I'm pretty sure I was cheated on car. I reported it to support. I didn't lose any money we split but I got called on the river for almost a full buy-in the opponent had 8 high. exact same hand as me no pair all draws missed he called me on every street then called all in in position on river. only way he can call me is if he can see my cards. support pretty much told me I was ******ed that I was having a bad run of cards worst support I've ever dealt with. was also told that the investigation would be totally private and I wouldn't ever hear anything about it

I lost half of the bets that was put into the pot by other players in the hand

I have an issue where my tables randomly freeze and I can not return to action until I close my table and come back I have updated java and flash. Can you offer any help on this issue?

Same issue occurring, also when I click the replay button or close a table too fast it crashes the client.

same issue for me too but when i close a table too fast it wont let me close the table. it gets stuck, somehow and i have to close and reopen client to not have the table up anymore lol
