I've noticed this before but only bring it up because I'm on a FT bubble in a tourney where there is 1 sit out. So, why in tourney if the small blind gets knocked out is there no dead button. Which makes it possible for a player (or the sit out in this case) to skip a big blind. I admit I have benefited from this in the past, but there are rules and stuff, right?

There have been many debates over the years between dead button and moving button. There are arguments to both. They both have merits and detractors. In terms of industry standard, I don't know of a poker site that doesn't use moving button. Pokerstars the industry leader has always used it. As you mentioned, you've benefitted from this rule in the past. It is effectively random as to when this rule helps you and when it hurts you. Therefore in the long run there is no difference. Personally I prefer moving button at least for tournaments because it keeps the blinds the same for every hand and keeps anyone from having final position multiple hands in a row, not to mention it's easier to explain to new players and apply in unusual scenarios. Lastly and probably the main reason poker sites use moving button is because it's easier to code.

I just received a very disturbing answer from support. I won my PCPC package last weekend, and called them just now to ask if I play the satellite today that I have a seat for from the Sit n Crush whether I get $4900 in tourney bucks, or a package that is then my responsibility to sell. He said neither. All I get is $800 in cash. And THAT'S IT. Can you verify this? So far, I've heard all three answers. Seriously, what the **** is wrong with your customer support?

I don't even play these sats but I saw in other threads that you get $800 cash and then it's on you to sell the package, but definitely not tournament bucks. Hopefully an official rep can chime in. Winning_TD is very responsive to PMs, although he's probably not around on a Sunday.

So you're saying that we do receive a package that we're able to sell? The rep on the phone was saying that we didn't.

I dont know why they said that and again CS reps is such a high turnover of staff you can get one that has just started and may get confused. If you win multiple packages you would have to try and sell it

Rather annoying that it is such a pain to get the bonus problem fixed. My tracker continually doesn't work, and then it takes weeks to get the funds, how is this not fixed for the entire network? I know it's free $, but I'm sure plenty of people are too dumb to realize and you guys get to just keep the cash.

I mean is there any possible way for me to either create a new/2nd ACR account (which i don't believe is possible) or for me to get my current ACR account retraced/reset back to the beginning like it's brand new so i can get a new affiliate that will allow me to play in those promotions/80k+ freerolls etc.

This is only in moss and other specialised mtts. You need to use table finder and redew it everytime you switch tables and after the tournament is done plug the info in manually. ..

BCP confiscated funds from me because they claim my bank has gone back and canceled a deposit from 3 months ago. The deposit still reflects in my bank statements and after calling my bank they claim to have paid out the amount to BCP. After calling BCP and explaining this they tell me my bank is lying and didn't pay out said deposit. So i have been charged from my bank and BCP. My bank wants me to just claim it as fraud. So my options are to do nothing or get my money back and ruin my status with Winning. Any help would be appreciated as i plan to move forward.

PM winning_td or WPNrep. Explain it all with proof and he can probably take a look at it. Don't be dismayed by the online customer service. I've had issues that they made me want to hang myself from their lack of understanding. A day or two after showing the reps here, the simple solution was applied and everything was fine. They are both very helpful and reliable here

If they haven't got back to you, they may not have been here. You can find their names and see the last time they posted by clicking their name. They also get inundated with PMs. I would really really be shocked if they didn't at least reply.
