Anyone having connection issues? (8am PST) -- getting "disconnected" at about half my tables and forced to sit out. Other half are working fine. Rinse and repeat.
Thanks for your reply. I acknowledge that its possible the issues were on my end or my ISP. I don't automatically hold ACR responsible for table disconnections.
Internet connection stuff is complicated and I won't pretend to understand it. But when my internet appears fine and I have mass disconnections at most but not all of my tables, its a red flag.
The issues I've had today have been off-and-on. For the most part my tables were all fine. There were a couple times where most of my tables disconnected, and 6-7 people were showing disconnected at a 9 handed table. If it happens again I'll take a screenshot.
My purpose for posting was to see if other people had similar issues.

I sent a PM about an issue stemming from the network outage Sunday night deep in the 88 200k and haven't received a response. Can I expect a reply as it was a bit disheartening to be caught on the river in a 3bet pot deep in a huge equity spot when the disconnection issues occurred. I'd like to know what the policy is in that situation. Were both of us disconnected and therefore our hands went to showdown or was he able to bet after I disconnected and steal the pot? The disconnections were network wide but I'm not sure how that scenario played out and I'd like to know for future reference what happens in these situations. All I know is when the network reconnected I came back to less chips and no hand history. Thanks.
Re-start your router (or whatever device your getting internet from)
Then re-start your computer.
If it didn't work, try to temporarily disable your firewall/anti virus app and try again.
That should work in 90% of situations.
Please add a filter option for NL/PL tables for PLO players. I sat several NLO tables by mistake already and it cost me quite a bit. Also makes the lobby cleaner.
Hi there!! I tried to launch ACR this morning and it won't get past the loading screen. It is stuck at 100% Updating and doesn't go further (to the lobby). I have tried restarting my computer, closing all other apps, uninstalling and reinstalling ACR. Nothing has worked. It does the same thing every time. My internet is working fine and I'm hardwired into the router.
Ever since the update yesterday: Tournament lobby's won't open half the time. I can't view which position I'm in by the chat box. I bought into two tournaments that opened me up to a blank table and I had to restart the software to get to my table.
I use a Macbook by the way. I don't know if these problems are apple specific but everything is working terribly. Going to take a couple days off and hope that these problems are resolved.

+1 this is happening to me as well. Also on a Macbook. I can't open lobbies most of the time and when I click statistics (to see what rank I am in in the tourney) it says "No statistics for the current client session."

I am having the same exact issues on the mac. Ever since this most recent update the software has been running like ****. Also, I am getting an error when I login saying that HH is unable to be saved.
