Had some other issues on other turnys as well , Contacted HEM and working on a solution.
I don't think that can be related to ACR as well.

For some reason, HEM2 HUD is not working with "special" tourneys like MOSS. There is a workaround through Table finder. Click on HUD settings while on table, click Table finder tab and choose the table/tourney where you want to use HUD.
For detailed step-by-step explanation of table finder in HEM2(same with small stakes HEM), just google it.
Downside of this is when you get moved to another table, you have to do it again. Not that easy job if you play 10+ tables

Yeah just got about the same exact solution from HEM support after a whole bunch of logs and screenshots that I sent!
When you know about this and exprienced it, it has to be known to HEM as well.
So they can just reffer someone that asks about this issue to some kind of knowledgebase link as soon as they hear about tourny and HUD issues.
It's a little bit time consuming to repeat the procedure everytime a user asks you about it IMO.
Don't get me wrong,the supporr is very very fast and effective, but can be more so in this situation.
Anyway, not related to this topic.

P.S: ever got to about 100 flips in 2 nights, and loose 95 of them in tournies? Just socks! I'm done with tournies for awhile... Good luck guys!

I think it can be by the cardinal symbol (#) that is inserted in the tournament header. It will be? If so, it would be easy to solve it. You could test in a tournament and see the feedback. I had this problem and I switched to PT4 and left.

I am not a developer so I can't speak to the specifics but it has something to do with the window titles/class being unknown to the HM2 HUD system. It happens on all sites (like Stars SCOOP that is running right now also) that run these types of series. The only way we could automate the HUD was if the sites worked with us well in advance to provide our developers with the window info we need so the developers could add it to HM2 and still have time get a beta update out before the series starts.

I deposited $165 on Friday 4/7 about 5-6pm est..? (give or take). I did this thru the client with the OSS reload bonus, but I had to call customer service to verify and confirm my deposit.
I know that I was NOT credited for the OSS reload bonus. I played MTTs on friday, sunday, and monday (and more to come the rest of the week). I was wondering if you could check why I am not receiving that reload bonus. I'm at work and can't check at the moment and plan on firing up some tables as soon as I get home. If you can I appreciate it and if not, please direct me on who to talk to, thanks again.

I really enjoy playing ACR but few issues have come up.

1.) Made a deposit for $25 which was initially blocked by BOA for fraud prevention, it failed in the cashier. When I validated the purchase by text with BOA, the charge went through and cleared on my BOA account few days later. Contacted support multiple times, sent a screen shot of my bank statement of all charges from that day, did not get response for 3 days contacted multiple times and it seemed each time I had to explain from the start as if they never saw the ticket they didn't even seem to know the right amount talking about a $30 deposit. Got tired of explaining and did not seem to be getting anywhere.

2.) I often make deposits of 25-200$, for each transaction. I have payed very high fees for every transaction, usually for example for a $25 deposit I'll get charged 26.84, then an additional $1-3 in a separate charge for each deposit. I'd estimate I've paid an extra $120 on $1000 in deposits so far.


I have the confirmation numbers for the deposit on the day I was charged an did not receive them, i sent to CSR and put on my ticket. I don't think they even cross checked them against my deposits, they just told me quickly that my deposit for 30$ went through (it was $25) and then that my deposit for $25 went through, or failed was not charged. I had a successful deposit for $25 that day, and then one failed which went through on my end after validation. I contacted CS immediately after and they told me to wait till cleared which I did, then it became very hard to get my money even though I sent them all confirmation numbers for that day.

mods i guess you can delete this,

doubtful Ill get any fees back. I'm using bitcoin but takes a while to build up to higher maxes, suppose ill just make larger deposits instead of smaller ones.

still enjoy ACR, live and learn.

ty winning doing a little better at the tables today, so im happy... but im pretty sure there was some technical error with that deposit, because i checked my online banking immediately after and a new charge was there. either way, i appreciate the effort... thanks

as far as the fees, i dont know what can be done if anything, it's somewhat on me and im not sure ACR position on this, but if something can be done Id be a super happy customer obv...

all said and done, either way win or lose I enjoy playing at ACR, great tournies, CS is usually pretty fast and accommodating.

Deeping in the 40K and my client freezes up and won't let me back in. This is right after i registered a $40 SNG, got an error message, and ACR kept the $40. Help!

Anyone else having problems starting new 100nl 6-max games? I only see 5 tables running, but there aren't any tables with zero players to start a new game. Oddly enough I do still see empty tables for all the others stakes, for 100nl 9-max, and even for 100nl 6-max CAP and short.....just not for the game I actually play

I called support earlier and they weren't able to do anything. Anyone else having this problem, or have it happen to them before?

It happens sometimes that a random table type will stop spawning, no idea why. PM Winning_TD with the missing table type and he will fix it.

Cool, thanks. I've PM'd him so hopefully that gets fixed. I'm surprised no one else has mentioned it to them...it's kinda a big game to have glitching.

Phone and live chat support didn't do anything, they kept telling me it's because there's "no interest" in the game
