shrink your lobby, exit full screen and make lobby as small as possible

If what Noo Whammy suggested doesn't work, check your windows display settings. That is exactly what my lobbies looked like for Jackpots and SNG2.0. You may have to change your scaling settings. Right click and click on display settings. You'll see a slider bar that says "Change the size of text, apps, and other items" If you play around with that it should help. That's what I had to do. I run windows 10 and a 30" Dell ultrasharp monitor. I originally had a custom scaling setting that was causing the problem. I was able to change some settings and get everything working correctly. Hope you get it sorted out.

Im not sure if you have watched or are aware but 9 snipers all tanked at the same table for not only a min cash but a second level cash

It should not be easy to register for one of the bigger GTD events and just fold into the money. I watched last night and the held up the entire mtt

So please look into how these snipers form a new table and are always at the same table it is not fair to your loyal players to watch the same group of people tank daily

All the regs play at normal speed while this 1-2 tables are at a stand still

That doesn't happen anywhere near as often as it used to happen. Most of the tables have one or two seats open, but it isn't infallible. The timing could be just perfect that there is a simultaneous rush and you have squatters. It happened to me yesterday morning. One per turn, they all sat out max time and everyone cashed. On the flipside, I really don't know what the point is to register into a $20 game, babysit it so you can delay as much as possible to 'win' $6. Pretty pathetic if your goal is min cash mogul.

I don't normally post on here but for this issue I felt it necessary. On Mar. 31 at approx. 2pm EST I submitted a WU deposit for 90 to ACR. After a few hours of waiting for approval I contacted ACR chat and spoke with both Jack and Chris P, both of whom told me that ACR had not yet received the funds and that my MTCN was invalid. They said that I could go to the store and pick up the funds there. Both of them said that EVEN THOUGH THE WU AGENT TOLD ME I COULDNT PICK UP THE FUNDS I COULD GET THEM FROM THE STORE.
Upon speaking to WU, I was told the funds have been picked up by the receiver and there is no way for me to get the funds back without filing a non payment claim which I didn't do seeing as I don't know the person I was sending money to and am scared of the repercussions of them seeing it was an online gambling scheme. So basically I lost out on the deposit and am out 100 dollars. This will be the last time I play on ACR and have played here for years, but scamming isn't ok and I hope this doesn't happen to anyone else.

Just got an email back from Eduard of poker solutions and they told me they have escalated the issue and are working on a "resolution." Its apparent that this was a glitch on ACRs end and not WU IMO. Looking forward to hear from their response. Will update when I hear.

UPDATE: The deposit has been credited to my account after some phone calls with ACR support and a few emails. I was told it was a problem with the processor on ACRs end. Just glad its over with!

Right click on the ACR desktop icon -----> properties -----> compatibility

Make sure the "disable scaling" box is not checked. It was on mine after they made major updates to the client and unchecking that box fixed my lobby display issues.

Haven't played in a while, noticed the sports betting is a bit updated from about a year ago..anyways I see at the top there is a "rewards" button you can click on, however everytime I click it I get a blank screen.

This was on Firefox and I tried copying the link address and pasting on IE but same blank screen.

Was just trying to explore the updated parts of the client to see what it was.

I played a couple of MOSS tournaments today , during these , my HUD did not work.
In one of them ($15K) it did catch the hands but no HUD , During another one ($2K) no hand catching neither HUD.
I played another regular turny and everything was fine!
I'm using Holdem Manager Small Stakes (Up to $22 Buy in turnies)
Did anyone else saw something like this?!?

Please make it so the details tab doesn't die when u chat or click atm and add a timer to it.
