It's also possible that WPN has already investigated and found no reliable evidence of any collusion by the accused player. Got to give them the benefit of the doubt here IMO.

If this thread was an appeal to WPN to investigate him I's sign on. Asking them to publish results is inappropriate.

Why is it inappropriate given his history and the fact that he is winning the leaderboard? Don't you want to know if he is doing it legit?

If he's guilty then they'll ban him and confiscate his account. There's no reason for them to publish the results - the ban would tell us all we need to know.

The site would have to either release everyone's info or no one's info. It can't just publish selected players' stats by popular demand. Although stats for many sites are available on Sharkscope, it isn't something the poker sites or many of the players generally approve of. PokerStars is a reputable site that went to court to prohibit their players' stats from being published.

This behavior alone proves why this needs to be released. He gains nothing from continuing to create names on 2p2 but yet he does it. He has a whole lot to gain by creating multiple accounts/colluding on WPN.

I've been noticing several variations of the screen name krushurdreams, in the mtts. I figured no one would be so dumb as to multi-account with variations of their original screen name. Anyone else see this?

I agree it wouldn't be fair for them to simply release the information on one player, but they shouldn't block access to this information via sharkscope.

Also, PokerStars does approve of Sharkscope. Their opt-in policy in regards to this type of site is the one any reputable site should have.

Is it reasonable to assume that only 2P2 administration can ban a member from this site - WPN cannot do so, correct? It doesn't appear to me that it would have anything to do with charges of multi-accounting on a specific site.

uhh I played with someone who had this name on merge about a year and a half back at 10$ 6m and I thought it was a bot

krushurdreams is a reg, i cant speak for the similarly spelled accounts but im guessing it is just a popular name

Last edited by McG_STL; 03-02-2014 at 05:08 PM. Reason: krushurdreams isnt any of the crushurdreamz type names

No, PokerStars absolutely does not approve of Sharkscope or any of the other datamining sites. They spent a lot of money fighting one of the sites on the grounds of copyright infringement. They compromised and allowed the sites to use players' stats as a player opt-in option. It's pretty rare that a player decides to opt-in. I seriously doubt that ibooboo is going to opt-in.

They list it under acceptable software so I think that's enough to say they approve of it. Obviously, they only approve of it because Sharkscope abides by the opt-in policy, but they approve nonetheless.

Plenty of people opt-in and sharkscope actively promotes opting in by giving away free cash each week to those who do.

I don't know about ibooboo. He probably would opt-in because he loves to bring attention to himself. He's demonstrated that by making new 2+2 accounts each time one is banned. If he stayed off the forums this thread probably wouldn't exist right now.
