So far in the past few days I've lost a handful of BI's, not because I disconnected, but because the BCP client will freeze. I then have to rush and ctrl+alt+delete to close the thing, and by the time I re-open it, my game is finished. This was a problem before, but the 1 minute time bank in Hypers actually let me close and re-open the program in time not to be robbed.

The new 15 second time bank really screws the player when a software malfunction happens.

Is anyone else having this issue and do you think a longer time bank would at least be a temporary help until the software issues are fixed?
