You have to contact customer service for this guys.

If you feel it is wrong explain to them and then they will send it over to the Dev guys to investigate.

I'm not a WPN hater, it is my favorite place to play. It has been nothing but a royal pain in the ass for the last 5 weeks. I get moved to a new table, the buttons are missing. The extra time clock winds down waiting for me to respond. Other times the buttons are there but none are live. I have to reboot the computer several times to get the system to re-open after it crashes. They don't pay any attention to the log reports it seems. Finally, the bonus meter doesn't move sometimes for days.

Like I said, its my favorite place to play, but it can really be painful at times.

Are you serious? Your site explains how AP points can be earned. After getting the bonus I notice I am barely earning any points. I spend 90 minutes on chat with support with them explaining that MTT do not count for bonus even though your site says they do and you don't see that as crooked? Get the f out of here.

MTT does count.. if there is a bug which im now hearing about it doesnt make it crooked or shady or any other word you want to use.

Telling me to get the f out of here has now just lost any help i would give you. Send an email to cs.

Maybe if you have rakeback active then the bonus doesn't fulfill as quickly

Support credited the tourneys to my bonus today. It took a little while, but they got it corrected.

If anyone else is having the same problem, I suggest contacting support and asking them to compare tourney log vs. credited bonus - should be pretty clear when they do that.

Like your help would matter. You have a whole thread for weeks but you claim you are just hearing about it on, how the bonus is not working properly. I gave you a chat log showing how inept your support is and how they aren't either following the terms of the bonus or are so clueless as to how it works. You may not agree with me that this is crooked, however you are dismissive of what I and others have said about this bonus. I know you work for wpn so you can't publicly say much that is negative but when it's obvious that a site is screwing up don't sit here and act like all is fine and be belittling of people who are frustrated when they are being lied to.

i emailed their customer service because my bonus wasn't tracking properly since the reload started and a few days later they gave me what was owed and it now seems to be tracking correctly.

it's funny that we have to bring it to their attention though. How many people's bonuses are probably not crediting properly and they don't know it? Is True doing it on purpose? Why, after pointing out the fact to CS that it isn't correctly tracking, does it then suddenly start to track properly?

I don't think for a second it's done on purpose. I do think there are too many glitches that cause a myriad of problems. It's happened with the SnC race, too.
