I play on TruePoker with 27% RB. Made a small deposit with the bonus code a few days ago to donk around some micro sng/tourney. When I go into rewards tab/bonus/click on the active bonus a list of tournaments/sng pops up that I have played since I deposited.

For some reason not all of my games are showing up here and thus I am missing the AP points to clear the bonus. I have double checked through both my "Financial History" tab and through PT4. Sorted Financial History by buyin fee/re-enter fee/ and buyin fee (sng) and see that I have paid ~$XX in rake since Saturday. I have only been awarded AP points for less than a 25% of that. And like I said I can look at the list of games and know some are missing. Especially some of the MOSS events I have played.

Is there some type of delay? I am missing games from as far back as Sunday. Seems strange they would show up in the "Financial History" but not the bonus tab.

I have had nothing but disaster with my TruePoker account. The bonus meter didn't move for a week or more, the lag, consistent "illegal operations" warning, etc.... seems like it is a waste of time and money.

i had something similar happen like 6 months ago with a bonus where it was clearly releasing way slower than it was supposed to. support was utterly incompetent about the whole issue and i ended up just having to give up the last 20% of the bonus or so.

i played cash so i'm not sure if it's analogous to your situation, but potentially. it seems to be fixed since then for me from what i can tell though

My deposit bnous on WPN is also 75-80% behind. Sounds like a real issue effecting lots of players.

I had seen that as well, at least in my case I don't play either regularly. Maybe played one 2.0 this week.

I just added up all my fees (weeeee) since I deposited using OSS reload. they have me tracked for 906 AP ($181 in rake(906/5 because $1 rake = 5 AP)). According to my game reports, I have generated $335 in rake since my reload deposit, the tracker is almost 50% behind.

Yeah good luck. I don't even take a bonus when I deposit any more, not worth the hassle of having to constantly ask to get it updated.

I've sent support multiple e-mails on the issue as well. I have 24.20 APs to date. Since I only play tournaments, my expected APs are really simple to calculate. I should have 130.35 APs. It would take approx $130k in tournament buy-ins and $12k in paid tournaments fees to clear my $500 bonus at this rate.

last i checked none of my games were being tracked and i am on black chip. same thing happend to me last bonus.

Their support is pathetic, as has their service been for all I'm concerned.

To have this many bonuses delayed and to not blink an eye. I had to take 30 minutes(pry longer) of my time to do the numbers and then email them to prove my case. I received that response three days ago and it is yet to be fixed. They are stealing but it's probably justifiable to them because "it's just bonus money."

I know this thread is being read by the reps. I have had one support instance with Ignition recently and I was genuinely treated as a customer. I experienced one slight disconnect, badly timed as I lost a lot of chips, and I was compensated very nicely. WPN has owed me $215 in bonus funds for over a week since I asked that they check since it doesn't track properly. It's pretty awesome being given a bonus just so you can beg support to give you the funds for weeks.

Tournaments weren't counting towards my OSS3 reload bonus. I talked to support yesterday and was told that they would be added within 72 hours.

It looks like support told bdluss that they don't count towards the bonus clearing?

@Winning_TD - Do tournaments count towards the bonus? I don't see anywhere that they are excluded?

Tournaments do count yes. Im not sure why you would be having issues with that

Judging from this thread, it seems like this is a pretty common issue where our bonus numbers are not reflecting all of the MTTs that we've played. I'm having the same issue on my account with the first deposit bonus where the vast majority of the rake I've paid in MTT fees has not been counted towards clearing my bonus.
