They ever gonna fix the button issue? Every time someone around the button is knocked out or moved there is no dead button and players get skipped and not have to post a blind. Kinda a big deal late in tournaments...

Reverse the update that we must now decide if we wish to play 'double or nothing' on table exit. This and the reasons why it are being discussed in the thread created about it titlted 'remove the double or nothing button'.

If anyone here has noticed the change and is unhappy with it, please join the discussion there.

Go to the settings gear and then disable it.

In the new update, you are presented with the options to play double or nothing, leave table or stay at table when you leave a table (even with 'Enable Double or Nothing on table exit' unchecked in the table options tab), whereas before it was a simple confirm if you want to exit the table. Here is the image of the new table exit screen with the option unchecked in the settings.



If you select the option to enable double or nothing, the screen auto pops up on table exit.

This has been confirmed to me by members of the winning poker team via live chat as a decision made as some people were unaware of the function being an option.

Currently there is no option to exclude from this, to set a limit on gambling amount, or an option to remove being presented with the option on table exit.

Is there a ***** solution to this problem. Have been struggling with it at least 6 months now, client freezing every 6mins and this message comes up.

This is what I have done so far:

- Added to antivirus exclusions
- updated every java, ie , edge, every web browser on the planet, flash player etc
reinstalled, deleted all acr related files
-Even made a clean windows install

Now after all this hussle, wtf am I supposed to do?

Have been communicating with the support, but they are clueless like a monkey.

Hey TD/anyone else,

I opened ACR for the first time in a couple weeks, it told me i was on an old version of the software and to restart to install the new one (it would usually just update on its own). I restarted and got the same message, it said if I kept getting this problem to download the software from the website and reinstall - when doing this i get told ACR is already installed and have to uninstall.. ive done this but still get the ACR is already installed message. I manually uninstalled, deleted program files, deleted ACR registry files but still get told the software is already installed.

fyi i loaded black chip to see if it was having the same issues - it just auto updated on its own no problems.

any ideas?

The normal advice I've seen is to clear the cache in IE and reload the client. You have to go to your c: drive and find the AmericasCardroom folder and delete all the contents and then the folder itself. Delete the download files you just put on, reboot, and then go to their website to re-download it again and then it will install. The one thing you may want to do is take your hand history and save it to a memory stick. When you delete it and then re-install, those files are all gone. The only way to get it back is to email support and pretty much plead for them. Once you have the program running, you should be able to copy and paste all the files from the memory stick to the appropriate file on the computer.

for the 5th time in two days I have had to shutdown the software and restart because the stupid Dinging sound of clock countdown has gotten stuck and plays every 15 seconds.

Why this bug hasn't been fixed yet is beyond me.

I had that maybe a month ago, just played over and over for no reason even when I played with the sound options. I haven't heard it for a month or maybe more. Super tilting.

I'm new to ACR and play on the True Poker skin. Is there anyway to get a prompt in regular SNGs to join a new one? The SNG 2.0s do this and I love it.

Who runs the software department? Fire that person and get someone that's on the ball, the double or nothing glitch is tilting. I pay dozens of cents daily in rake on average and I demand better!

Maybe you guys could make some software to spot bots. Seems like every micro grinder can spot them, maybe you guys need an algorithm to help you out.

Unless you know..... you want bots on your site. WPN, bot friendly!! I'm sure that will get you more customers.

i currently have the sounds coming from the software mixed to 1 of 100 and they are way too loud?

anyone have any kind of off-client workaround that can get my sound levels from "are you serious" to acceptable?

1) this is network wide -- but there should be an indication of player's user names on other skins

2) please remove the ability for players to angle shoot by sitting out, waiting for premium hands, and then suddenly sitting back in after action has already occurred.

I have had issues with my client since day 1. It randomly freezes different tables and I can't get the action to catch up until I close the table and come back. I was told by support to upgrade java and flash. I did this and I still have same issues. Anything I can do?
