Is there a ***** solution to this problem. Have been struggling with it at least 6 months now, client freezing every 6mins and this message comes up.
This is what I have done so far:
- Added to antivirus exclusions
- updated every java, ie , edge, every web browser on the planet, flash player etc
reinstalled, deleted all acr related files
-Even made a clean windows install

Now after all this hussle, wtf am I supposed to do?
Have been communicating with the support, but they are clueless like a monkey.
