Hello, I checked with the Tech department. Please be so kind and try the following steps:

1. Add exception in Anti Virus software for ACR exe
1. Uninstall ACR poker client from Control Panel
2. Delete all files related to ACR poker client
3. Install again ACR poker client

Let me know if it worked.

1. Uninstall Poker King poker client from Control Panel
2. Delete all files related to Poker King poker client
3. Install again Poker King poker client

You guys really need to make it so people can sit back in on 50bb tables when they left with more then 50 bbs. I end up not being able to play a bunch of tables pretty often cuz of this.

Yours is the only software where in MTTs if you disconnect the client doesn't automatically reconnect you! Have lost so much money when my internet hiccups and every other client comes back but yours just freezes and i don't remember i am still in your tourmanets til half hour later. very annoying

How do I turn off that stupid pick a card to gamble with my winnings after I leave a table? It asks every time I cash in a MTT or take money off a cash table. I do not want to accidentally click the wrong button

Any update on when they will fix that rebuy error from popping up alot and interfering with the next rebuy attempts?

Sometimes when I get moved to a new table and I'm given a hand right away none of my buttons appear. I just sit there and run my time bank out and fold.

It has cost me money of late, AA deep in a tourney, plus i have to go without a time bank.

This has been happening for a few weeks to me.

Why is Limit SNG's not around? Isn't Limit O/8 pretty standard for rooms?

Also, You guys really need to fix Re-buys, I noticed people aren't playing them as much due to them being all messed up.

Like buying into late reg, but after re-buy/add on is over....how stupid is that? I forgot it was like that recently and bought in with 1500 chips when the blinds are 400 and not able to re-buy/add on.

The traffic in the .50 6 max re-buy is one of them but the PLO8 does the same thing and a few other.

Why can't they time the add on period with a break, take a 2 min break or something. It's pretty stupid to have 20 sec to add on, yes I know they have the auto add on tab but think about why that is needed LOL.

Special Events have things like Stud/8, why not at least add mixed games to OSS and such. Beyond me why we need 100 varieties of NLHE. LHE is no where. Only a few PLO8 tourney's, a few PLO and a few Stud Hi. Most are higher buy ins, the rest is NLHE. Kinda annoying you can't have a bunch of diff stuff.

What's doesn't make a whole lot of sense is making the main 'MINI' OSS main event $88 buy-in. What part of that is a mini buy-in?? Lots of them are $20+. Those are mid stakes.

Can't we get Sat to lower buy-in tourney's? As an example for the $7 PLO8 nightly. Can't you run $1-$3 SAT for those? I'm also at lose why can't the ratio's of Ticket Payouts change? They are all about 8 to 1, why not have more GTD for like a 1/4-1/5 ratio? It's all the same rake anyways.

I really could go on and on, most of this stuff has been said over and over but it seems rather basic to get more people in. If they don't run, oh well. Most of the sat's don't run anyways. It's is annoying since I use Sat on other sites to buy into bigger games i can't afford to play.

Solution:

Turn off that ****ing option in the settings panel

They shouldn't have that in the first place.

Should add an option to turn off pop up notifications when playing. First of all the pop up covers the flop, pot etc. If anything they could place it somewhere else. Also the vast majority of notifications are about mtts and for someone that never plays mtts is quite annoying to receive a notification every 10 minutes at times.

Now imagine all that but with the notifications being for the tournament you are currently playing in. That **** tilts me to no end.

My issue is that in "Tournament History" the system will not show win or profit for satellites. Win a seat, lose the satellite, it gets booked as a loss regardless. What's up with that? I can't confirm at this time if you bubble the seats but win cash if that shows as a win with calculated profit, but it probably does because that would make the least sense. At minimum just some indicator that a ticket was won would be nice.

Would like to request more classifications/colors in the player notes, also it would be a nice feature to have the classification color next to the players when you highlight a table in the lobby.

Same here, there tournies take forever cuz of late registration so that's a no go for me. I don't wanna know about the tournies, I wanna focus on the game I'm playing and being in the middle of a hand and all of a sudden having so much info covered up from a tourney pop up just seems like amateur hour.

Did the last update accidentally remove the 50/100 9 max tables?

These tables (NL and PLO) both seem to run often. Any chance we can get more of them and in 6-max too?

I've been using my own modded deck for all WPN skins. In order to make it work, I would have to stop the auto update on start up. It would work fine. The software would open, and my deck would be where I left it.

After today's update, if you stop the auto update, the software will not open. At all. Does anyone know a way of using modded decks without having them overwritten every time you start the software.

Writing the prize pool to the hand history files for Jackpot games would be great. Considering how long these have been running, you'd think that would already been coded.

Failing that, the ability to manually run the reports from the tournament results function like we used to be able to do would be appreciated.
