5 hours is INCREDIBLY INSANELY LONG!

90 mins - 2 hours MAX! (Even 3 hours is crazy)

Don't wanna play for 9 hours just to double my money...Wont make good $$ unless FT'd

Also minor upgrade if possible is allow me to change the felt color on specific themes. I like the Vegas theme but I like green felt instead of red.

Also would like different cards like the standard blue and red colors.

5 hour late reg is the only way for WPN to offer the large GTD tourneys. The 2 hour late reg tourneys are $109 5ks, $11 2k's etc, there is no way a $109 50k would hit the gtd with 2hrs late reg.

If you are looking for shorter late reg, Ignition is the site.

You should be grandfathered in as long as you login with your old account details. I know multiple people who play on Ignition that live in New York.

While you should certainly be able to change your felt color, the rest of the post is a little silly. No tournament on the site takes 9 hours to double the buy in. Not one. Even in the 5 hour late reg games, you're ITM within 6 hours and its over in 10 -11 at the absolute latest.

Changing the way the site runs to make you happy isn't going to happen. You should clearly play on ignition until it dies and then switch to SNG's maybe. Let's try not to fix what isn't broken

It's no longer allowed. When they catch on they won't allow you to play. They made most people cash out.

I did a quick search and didn't find anything, so I'll just throw my two cents in right here.

The satellite process has absolutely got to change. There needs to be an option where I can choose the time that I play the tournament I satellite into. Oftentimes I have enough time to play a satellite, but definitely don't have the time to play the tournament it gets me into at that moment. Or, even if I do have time, I don't want it to register me from the very beginning, or worse yet, in the last level of late registration. Basically, there really needs to be some sort of ticketing or tournament dollars protocol put into place. I know many people would definitely play the satellites far more often if this were the case.

Happening again now. Going on for an hour. Any idea what's causing this? It's happening more than it's not now. Someone else already confirmed it's not just me so can we get an update on this? It's beyond annoying and distracting.

This happened to me yesterday as well. I had to close the client down and restart while my tournaments were on break. Otherwise, I'd have gone completely mad.

Happens from time to time. Usually after you bust something and I guess the software doesn't read that you're out and still timebanks you, I'm not too sure. Only fix is to close and restart client. It only started doing this again recently tho. It seems to come and go

Literally the green font is the WORST.Why is it so difficult to get rid of that? Or atleast change the color?

How hard is it to make timebanks work on the mac client? Was just about to 3bet an important hand deep in a $22 MTT and I timed out. You've known about this glitch for a year. Fix it!

How do you even play on the Mac client? I downloaded it one day and literally played one hand before I deleted it. It was the worst poker software I've ever seen.... Why not just run Windows?

Not many players can play those 5 hrs late reg bc it'll take 10-11 hours to complete like you said. But I understand why they're like that....

The 3 hours late reg are kinda mehh too. You play and wait the 3 hours then probably another hour until you're ITM and just looking at this PHAT BIG10 30k GTD ($109) MIN cash is $136.80. So you play 4 hours just to win $27.80 profit = $6.95/1hr....ehhh

I remember on PS you'd play 4 hours and you be at FT already...I know its comparing apples to oranges, I get it, but I really would like to see what would happen on those 5 hour late reg if they made them 4 hrs and 3 hour late reg make them like 1.5 - 2 hours....I don't think there would be much overlay? I think players would just register earlier. The site would have to move up the satty schedules as well. A lot of players register few hours into the MTT anyways so with shorter late reg bulk of the players would maybe register on time or shortly after.

I'm probably completely wrong lol IDK, I'm rambling but heck anything to shorter the MTT I think would make the site even better and grow the traffic.

*****Good example are these "Friday Fun" 35k GTD ($55) and "Friday Fun" 10k GTD ($11) both start at 3:30pmET and both have 5 hour late reg. I mean those aren't big why 5 hours? Really? That's a 10+ hour MTT. That's pretty ridiculous imo. Play 6 hours just to MIN cash in the 10k ($11) for like probably $18 LOL. 6 hours for like $7 profit. Cmon!

Is it the software that's doing it or the sound bites?

I never had any issue with the sounds or timebanks. I accually downloaded PS and customized the sounds to make it like PS on my ACR. I've never had any issues.

I'm not a fan of the long registration periods and usually drop in halfway; but with out the long period of time, the purses would be much smaller. Play the smallest purses with the highest buyins and they are +/- 10% of the GTD amount. Some of those long registration periods have gone over 100% of the GTD, hence the recent increase in some of the GTD purses.

I was a fan of the GI60 games they had and some of the freezeouts as they alleviated all the long, perfect for those of us needing instant satisfaction

More than any other improvement/upgrade feature, I would love love love to see HORSE, 8-Game, stud, and mixed games/tourneys.

+1 ^ I agree I played the early 7500 tourney started at 5:30 am an had 388 players finished after 3 pm and final 6 players made over 100.00 I played till 11 and min cashed, I will not even think about getting in one at night some people have a job.

I personally don't register any of the 5 hour late reg MTTs until at least 2 hours in. I have no issue with them for a few select large tournaments on a Sunday, but I don't think they should be that long in general. If the late reg wasn't so long I'd register when it started, but 5 hours (5.5 including breaks) is just too long in most cases.

Agree 100%. They kill me. I don't even like the Sunday 5 hour games. I sat for the 100K warmup a month ago from hand 1. I somehow made it all the way through to the cash and after almost 8 hours I was up $100 or so. Kudos to those that can play them all the time. I don't even do it for the Milly game.

I usually register halfway through the period regardless of the time frame.

on PS I ALWAYS would reg on time but now you couldn't pay me to reg on time in the 5 hr late reg LOL or even the 3 hrs.

They gotta make a change its TOO Long.

*Then you'll have the people that register on the last level and just ship or fold trying to double/triple up and get a solid stack to make a run. Its kinda annoying. So I play 4-5hrs and they play 5 mins and they got about the same stack as I do? mehh
