pretty tilting that while trying to multitable sngs the lobbys insta popup when closing a table.....I suggest have the popups recognize your still in other games and only popup when closing the last table....or not at all!!!!

Otherwise I like the usability and new layout ect....

I love the look of the software. I've been waiting for this layout since BF. Now, if we can just lose the BBJ tables and add another 95K players.

Was hoping they would of made mucked cards visible. Updates should be much easier to be made to client now so maybe soon.

Does HEM or PT capture the mucked cards after the fact? That would really suck if they can't due to some limitation in the HH's.

WPN does not show or write the mucked cards at all.

Noticed a small update when launching the software today and you can now download and apply the other table themes as well.

If the villain doesn't show the cards or go to show down the hole cards are not written to the hand history files. I think I saw an explanation of why they do this in the BCP thread some months ago and no one (including me) much cared for their explanation but that is their decision.

unreal! players still can only access one tournament lobby at a time? I never imagined that this wouldn't be fixed in the new software release. but then I never would have imagined that their original software would have been released to begin with without this option. their competitors must be smiling right now. all the multiple posts in this thread to improve this, and they have the nerve to send an email that says:

where? how? i open a table, click on the options, then themes and theres still only one theme available.

No, ACR and BCP are two separate sites on the same network. You cannot log in with your ACR details at BCP and vice versa, same also for player to player transfers - they are only available for the same site and no other skin.

This is actually false. The table themes still don't work on ACR, unless you have to log out after you download one which is the only thing I haven't done yet.

you don't need to explain it to me, but apparently you do need to explain it to the people who are developing the software. i'm starting to wonder if any of them have ever played poker.

here's a related issue I just encountered. I just played in a satellite for the $5000 guarantee at 7:00pm. in the main lobby it says 3 seats are guaranteed to the tournament, but when you click on prize structure in the satellite lobby it says 1 seat is guaranteed. it's a $12+1 buy in, but it cost $3+.30 to rebuy into the satellite. I don't understand this. pretty hard to tell what's going on.

there's plenty of good things to say about the site, but virtue is it's own reward. this is a software improvement thread, not a pat on the back thread. this one lobby at a time open issue if unfathomable to me. i'm baffled that this wasn't fixed in the latest software update, and baffled that it's ever been an issue at all.

This software still has a long way to go and unfortunately even getting the smallest changes made takes the programmers months

its not working for me, I can dl them but cant click "ok" its greyed out

Edit: nvm finally works

It already worked at the time of my previous post, you only need to download each of them, takes a few seconds and then you can click on "apply" that was previously greyed out. Favs so far are Las Vegas and the graffiti theme. Didn't have to log out either.

No, but HM2 does (and to be fair, so does PT4). We do not have any plans to add support to HM1 for any new sites/networks.
