Please stop some of the husng lobbies from despawning. $36 hypers have been missing for a couple days now, and this happens somewhat regularly.

They took two years to come up with an advanced beta Mac client that is full of bugs, so it really shouldn't be a surprise IMO.

Hey WPN, you guys continue to get my rake but it's pretty sad when the "downtime and disconnects" thread has 5x more replies than any other WPN thread. Please attend this issue. I just posted in another thread how even when there isn't lag at WPN, there is still lag. Mutltiabling can get pretty frustrating when it takes up to 3 seconds sometimes for a hand to fold. It should be instant, it shouldn't be that hard to fix this issue. Please think about the steps it will take to fix these annoyances and do them. I'm pretty sure the small lag issues also affect tables from properly popping to the front. When i stack my tables, often times I simply can not get to the active table. I will attempt to cycle to it by holding Alt+tab, which cycles your active applications. But for whatever reason, very frequently, I cant open the active table, it gets stuck..

In the lobby I would like to see the tables colored where I am in the waiting list already. The tables I sit on are colored green and the tables where I am waiting for a seat can be colored orange maybe?

ACR, Black Chip, True, and Ya Poker share everything basically just different skins.

After Uninstalling and reinstalling 3 times, I finally got it to work.

cashier been ****ed up last couple days. refresh is changing the balance while all tables are closed at end of session. think it eventually gets it right but its never done this before.

What is the ETA on the update the CEO talked about on twitch? The one in regards to hand for hand, final table skin, and payout info. WPN is slow with everything important but can come up with something like the playpen on the spot.

Everytime there is a table change it puts me in seat that is not my preferred seat, wtf!

I am having an issue where when I sit out the next BB when the button passes then the sit out will automatically be unchecked which doesn't allow me to get up without closing the tables. Anyone know what might be the cause of this?

Not sure if the glitches I have are bc I'm on a MacBook but the Tournament Bucks Spin to win thing won't work. I'm a new player and I understand that this is a new player bonus but I could be wrong. Anyways I get emails saying I didnt spin but I've been trying and it won't do anything. Contacted support and they recommend clearing cookies and temporary files wtf??? You know it's not working for me so just give me some tournament bucks, I'll take the minimum but don't offer me a bonus that doesn't even work.



Second issue: this has happened a few times to me already. Tournament is down to 2 tables 5 handed and the tenth player gets knocked out. Tables combine for final 9 but I'm not taken to the table. My old table is still on screen with the other 4 players stacks and mine but nothing happens. I'm thinking it's frozen so I wait. After a few minutes I shut ACR down and reopen/sign in. Then it will finally take me to my FT where I can see I've lost chips bc the blinds have passed and my hands were folded. Again WTF!!!

How about a tournament filter? I play mostly plo and plo8 tourneys. It would be awesome to filter out all the nlh and see only Omaha.

Look for the Filters button on the right side of the tournament lobby. Select what you want and then make sure the check box on the button itself is selected.

this has to be fixed immediately. any casual player that sees money added then magically dissapear could be turned off from the site

another problem that might be related the the above issue:
auto top up just randomly takes a hand off occasionally. i check my settings and its still ticked. then will start working again after...

edit: you can also buy in for more than the max buyin LOL
autotop up doesnt work. i manually top up and im up to 150% of the max buiyin next hand.

That happened to me a couple of days ago at the NLHE cash games. It looked like about a buy-in had been added to my account. A few minutes later it corrected itself.

WTF WPN? There needs to be an officials announcement sent immediately to all players regarding the cashier issue. If you screw up something so crucial as someone's balance (so much for segregation) you gotta wonder what else is broken.

I don't know if it happened to me but I don't feel this should be "hidden" in some random thread as just another post.

Anyone else notice that they're not accumulating any beast points? I've played a fair amount this past week and have a goose egg. Sent an E-mail to support the other day but haven't heard back yet.
