having to wait until you post bb when you're moved to a new table in a tournament is the stupidest thing ever

When you finish a tournament or SnG a little window pops up saying "You have finished in 3rd place" or something similar. It would be nice if it said "You have finished in 3rd place for $xx.xx" instead. Just a small change, but I think it's nice to have without having to go check the tournament lobby to see how much you've cashed for.

Please add HORSE, 5-card draw and Badugi MTT/STT and Cash

They barely get a cash table of Seven Card Stud running, what makes you think that even less popular games would somehow make the cut to make it worthwhile?

Yeah this would be a great feature to implement, although i feel like its something that won't happen and will not be on the list of things that they are most concerned with. I do cosign for this though, if that makes any difference at all.

This, they have a lot to worry about in the games that they currently offer, let alone adding in games that no one cares about nor wants to play. Sorry mate, i dont mean to come off as a dick, but this is just not gonna happen anytime soon unless a poker boom occurs in the near future.

Add a final table "theme" please, or at least enable an ability to change background on a single table

where did the hu nlplo tables go?

whats the new hu plo rule? only 4 tables of hu plo max from now on? so if theres 4 full tables of 2/4 HU plo running, a 5th table won't generate no matter what?

It is more likely a technical glitch with the tables not respawning. Happens quite frequent on WPN.

I finally signed up for ACR on Mac and got my account funded. Does anyone know how you can get hand histories in the form of a text file? I write my own SW to analyze my play and want to be able to load my results into my SQLite database.

Your neteller deposit option does not work, no where to enter 6digit secure ID. This has prevented me from playing a lot of tournaments on your site, amazing this has gone on for months with no solution for people to deposit with neteller.

And while i'm here posting, your software is terrible and inhibiting the growth of your site, which is sad since you are doing a lot of other things right and have great promotions. I probably play on 7-10 sites regularly and the software I least enjoy booting up is WPNs. It needs to be quicker, sleeker, the chip counts are in tiny font that are hard to see. It's like i click "fold" and have to witness a 2second animation of folding even tho I have animations off. I just play your 215 major on sundays and half-hope i bust early so i can close out your software sometimes. Don't see the growth happening that ownership wants until they address the bad software.

Have you considered Run it twice? Would help the grinders going for beast leaderboards/ elite.

How do I view hand histories? Both after a session and during a session.

I'd like run it twice as well, but more so I'm less likely to lose 10% of my bankroll in a big PLO flip than anything to do with leaderboards.

Kinda doubt implementing this will be a priority for their software development, but doesn't hurt to ask.

I'd also really like to see a two-factor authentication option added for account and withdrawal security, as I've stated elsewhere. (SMS/text authentication is another possibility.)

as the Mac client is a beta version the hand histories are not available yet. We are working on doing a release within two weeks that will include the hand histories in the Mac client.

small adjustment to the timebank...make it like pokerstars'; if player doesn't have a chip in the pot, make it so it doesn't auto-click after the initial time. For example, lets say im utg, if i don't act, after the prelim time is up, the autotimebank kicks in even tho i don't have any money in the pot and the whole thing tanks down to empty then folds me. it would be better for everyone if it only auto clicked if player had money in the pot.

This would be huge in putting a dent in the problem of a lot of reg mass tablers timing down over and over. That stuff gets super annoying when the same few players are timing down over and over and over to the point where poker is just about waiting for the same idiots who don't know how to mass table correctly to act.
