Its happens all the time at random stakes, the other week it was $5 plo, this week it's those games, another week it will be another game/stake like clockwork.

I dont know which thread to put this in so I'm putting it in all 3.

Maybe it's a jackpot poker specific problem, but my internet went out for about 30 seconds. THAT part is on my end. When the connection was reestablished, the client didn't automatically reconnect, so I had to reboot. I can still say maybe that's 'my fault'.

However, when I logged back in I was unable to reconnect on the jackpot tables I was on. Only 1 of the 4 tables popped up, and there was no option to 'take my seat(s)', and the buyins were gone from the ones that were 'waiting'.

Is anybody going to take responsibility for this?

what in the f*ck is up with the Add-on period only being like 10 sec?! WTF is this bs? I literally blinked and the Add-on period was over, soo f*ckin dumb. Better not blink next time! so bad smh

You are allowed to add-on as soon as you hit the table. You can then continue to click that "add on" button all through the blinds until the add-on period is over. My suggestion would be for you to click the "add-on" button before the period is about to end, saving you time and aggravation. It's not difficult to find or do.

WRONG!!!! You my friend are talking bout rebuys he or she is talking bout addons. You get one and only after an couple hours or 90 mins or so. I have missed it twice in the mega stacks and the auto addon doesnt work. You still got to click a button or 2.

You sure about that? Everytime I enter a rebuy, I click the "add on" button (the bottom option below the rebuy options). It then brings up a screen confirming this is what you'd like to do. After this, I don't have to click any more buttons when the add-on period ends. It just adds the chips to my stack... hmmm

i quit play mtts a week ago they may have changed it. This is not the first time i or other have complained bout this.

Ahh, ive been playing mtt's for months. I've used this technique and never had a problem. Sometimes I click the button when it pops up at the end of the add-on period (just cause im bored) but many times I just let it play through cause I've already added-on earlier. Never ran into an issue where my add-on didn't work.. oddness

For the Jackpot Lobby: Can you please make an option to filter out the PLO games. I'm surprised I haven't accidentally registered for the $10 plo game yet...

I don't know if any of these have been addressed yet but here are my suggestions:

1) The "Sitting Out" should still show the player's name.

2) Make it so when a player types in the chat that it comes up as green or blue or something so it's more noticeable. The whole chat is just terrible honestly. It's tiny and every action is documented in it, making it hard to track prior pots but mostly when a player talks.

3) Is there a way to make the tournament tab not pop up another entire lobby?

4) I don't know if it's just me but when I go to rewards and look at my beast stuff, the current standings don't scroll down properly.

Other than that everything is peachy.

How long before you are picked up when sitting out at an active table with empty seats?

How long before you can pick a new seat after getting up? I noticed if I sit out, get up from the table by closing the window, then open the table back up, it sits me right back down where I just was. That seems really abnormal. What if I just wanted to watch? Or have a chance at picking another seat?

If this has been discussed before, lead the way..

Once you leave the table wait a little bit. Once the hand you left on is over you can open table and watch. It a weird glitch or something.

Solved the issue of ACR and BCP software client opening my browser for their f**king ad EVERY time I leave: kill the client from the task manager after all tables are closed. No mo' f**king browser popping up.

Now if I could just do something about that f**king pop-up ad inside the client.

Would love to see custom bet/raise sizes.

I agree that custom bet sizing would be great. I would also like to see the ability to choose a separate theme for individual tables. I used to change table color for both itm and ft when I played on stars. Helps me keep track when playing several tables. We should also be able to see all the payouts once in the money. Math is starting to get old the see pay jumps. Also would like to mention hand for hand play and showing mucked cards. I know it's been mentioned a lot but it needs to be done. Lastly a find a player option would be nice.

Would love to have a check/fold option for all 3 streets rather than having to have the table pop up again the next street.

A couple things that bother me:

Why are there two windows when I go from cash to tournament?

The chat window is so small, is there a way to edit the font/size without popping it out?

I prefer to just open up hand replays in HM2 than to use the client version. It's just bulky and doesn't allow me to go from hand to hand quickly.

When I click sit out next BB I mean sit out the next blind rotation. I don't want to play another round of blinds if the BB skips me.

Why isn't the browser for the transaction history resizable? This is seriously crazy when looking at the tournament history.

Not sure what skin you play on but if it's ACR or BCP, go to My Account --> Transactions and that will pop a resizable window where you can access the reports.
