Okay guys obviously the software requires lots of upgrades but i think first thing is first we need to figure out what is the most important software needed ASAP. None of the small stuff that can wait.

-option to go from tournament table to the actual tournament lobby not the main tournament lobby.

-Actual payout amounts. Im tired of reading 65% and %35. Then tournament payouts are based on the amount of players entered but they vary.

Avatar font. Something that isn't as thin as possible and as hard to read and black on gray.

All this has already been discussed. They already have entirely new software in the works. No need to beat a dead horse imo.

They just need to quit BSing about when it's actually going to be ready.

this isn't a software complaint, but I just entered the new depositors freeroll. they give you 100 chips to start. what would be the rationale to give tournament players 100 chips? doesn't really leave much room for playing any poker.

If I remember correctly you can instantly rb. They do that because a lot of people sign up and then don't play. So not only does it take forever to blind people out, but some people gain a ton of free chips just because they got a good table draw. It's a great idea and I wish all sites did this for every freeroll.

1) ability to have more than 1 tournament lobby open

1a)small clickable popup at the tournament table telling you how many ppl left/average/your position etc (e.g. like carbons)

2)i timed out of an omaha cash table after 5 seconds without any time bank. i was trying to figure out how much to raise and make sure i had the nuts and my hand got folded. please fix this in someway or another

3)stop auto-refreshing tournaments and sitngos in the main lobby where it always go back to the top while your trying to scroll thru the games. very annoying.

im ok with mostly everything else besides general aesthetics and the bogginess of the site

the inability to have more than one tourney lobby open at a time is really bad, but +1 on these other two that you mentioned. pretty annoying not to be able to see where you stand at a quick glance. haven't played on any other site where this was an issue.

there are plenty of good things about bcp; I love their hand replayer. very nice!

Please abolish the $10 buy-in $150 GTD PLO 6-max. As it stands, this tournament NEVER fills up. My personal opinion is the buy in is too high relative to the guarantee, which does little to entice players to sign up, including myself.

Please replace these with the 7$ 300GTD PLO 6-max which fill up on a consistent basis, and oftentimes exceed the guarantee. I believe by doing so, you (Winning Poker Network) will experience a higher degree of profit. Cheers

these just about always go past the guarantee (the $7 300 ones). a big reason is because the registration lasts thru 6 blind levels and there is re-entry until the break (i think). but yeah why would anyone wanna do $10 150 gtd??

Please change color of the pre-action checkboxes or add one theme where they are different so StackAndTile works correctly.

a few minor things..

1. change the sound that alerts you when its your turn to act. a simple "beep beep" will do just fine, but that current "text message alert" is super annoying, and even worse, the only option. when you have more than 4 tables open, it's nearly impossible to play without.

2. an option to filter the cash tables.

Sometimes there is lag and because the time to call or bet or check is too short, combined with a time bank that has to be clicked to activate, often I am timed out of a hand...make the time bank start on its own and look into the lag issues. Cannot start the time bank when there is a temporarily lag freezing everything.

here's one for the improvement department, and also for a good laugh(if you think bizarre is funny.)

right now there's a super satellite running that awards one seat to a satellite for the $100,000 guarantee(tournament #1094140) that runs at 1835hours today. trouble is, there isn't a tourney with that id number running at 1835hours. I see this all the time. so a few days ago I write support and tell them I don't see any tourney with another satellite number that's posted. as a matter of fact the particular satellite isn't posted at all. and it's 4 hours away from the tourney.

here's what they wrote me back:

it was already a "few hours before the main event started. why wouldn't it already be posted? and why would it be referred to with a "fake" tourney id#?

If the last update by ACR rep was correct we are roughly 7 days away from new software. (Technically he said the week of, meaning anywhere from 7-13 days)

After all the **** that has happened in the online poker world, I will never believe anything until I see it. Great software would be the nuts, but I highly doubt it's going to happen.

New software doesn't mean anything to me if I can't find a cash game that's not BBJ.

Could argue they new software brings quite a few players over, creating more cash games. More cash games not at BBJ tables.

You might be right, but I think it's more wishful thinking than anything. I just don't see new software bringing over many new players. Unless the new software is head and shoulders better than anything else out there, it won't move the needle.
