one thing that needs fixed is when someone is automatically allin, say in the Big Blind. if it folds to the SB, the Sb still has to act, im assuming a player can fold even if the BB is AI.

I dont know, never tried, all i know is the player still must take action. it should automatically go to showdown. this is a pretty weak mistake on WPN part

let us post blind heads up not make it automatically post we might be away from computer. We go to bathroom and come back someone sits takes our blind and leaves.

Can we please have a re-vamped hand history download system that actually works well?

I would love to back up ALL of my hand histories.

Would it not be simple to make it so we can download our HH's in the same format that they are written to our computers already?

Sometimes when I am starting a cash table, the next person to sit gets the button instead of the person (me in this case) that is starting/first at the table.

Is this standard on ACR or is it a glitch?

Seems unfair for the person starting the table.
Makes it easy for someone to sit and steal the big blind and leave, which has happened to me.

they high card for deal when a new table is being started regardless of who arrives first.

don't know if this has been asked before but at 10nl there are no standard full ring tables. they're all either cap or shallow. can we please get some full ring cash tables that are just standard and not shallow or cap. I've emailed support twice inquiring and haven't even received a response about this.

2nl, 5nl, and 25nl all have standard full ring cash tables, zero reason 10nl shouldn't as well!

I started recording my cashier balance at the beginning of every session.

I have observed that approximately 40% of the time, there is a discrepancy between where my cashier says I am compared to where Holdem Manager 2 says I should be at the end of a session.

Two days ago, I played a short 1 table session and none of those hand histories were even saved to my computer.

Is anyone else experiencing this problem?

I would advise anyone who plays regularly and is using tracking software to start keeping track of your cashier balance at the beginning of each session and see where it ends up after each session compared to where your software is saying you should be.

I am now wondering how many hand histories I have missed since I started playing on the network.

All it takes is a few hands to not get imported into your HM2 database and you'll start to see discrepancies. I notice this happens when software lag causes a brief disconnect.

It would be nice if you sent email notifications out about certain things. Tournament placements, beast payout information, promotional information and changes, rakeback payment confirmation to name a few

That was just my method of seeing how often there must be a problem with the client saving hand histories.

I suggested others do the same to see how big of a problem this is.

The more people that have problems with missing hand histories, then hopefully the higher priority that this issue will become.

I am just asking for a better hand history download system that we can use so that we can very easily backup our own play and help avoid any discrepancies we suffer for whatever reason.

This has probably already been mentioned, but good Christ can't we get the tourney lobbies to upload? I'm so tired of them freezing up so you have no clue how many people are left, etc. just ridiculous.

is this site ever going to be good for mtts and sngs? i checked it last year and it was terrible just looked into it again and still bad. are you guys ever going to amp it up so it competes with bovada or carbon? also i have to agree the buyin listings with the amount and td amount is just messy and looks very unprofessional. the cashouts seem good its a shame you guys dont know how to build up a solid mtt base. and im not just talking nlhe i mean a variety of games, including several plo8 and plo tournies throughout the day. with good cashouts and software this is the only thing holding you back from being the biggest site in america.

edit: i just opened the client up again to look it over once more and one thing i did like was that the tourneys are 15 minute levels with 5000 chips, thats a plus. but the amount of tourneys per hour is very very low.

if you and "your kind" would actually sit down and play (rather than look and leave) MAYBE, JUST MAYBE things could move forward. You cant roll up a huge snowball without any snow..

Add the ability for multiple tourny lobbies to be open at the same time.

does WPN lag horribly for anyone else when they have 10+ cash tables going? It makes it almost impossible to play over a dozen tables. I'm not sure if it is the WPN software or HEM2 (since I recently made some changes), but jut trying to narrow down the issue.

this happens to me too except im running pt4. even when i dont have tracking software on it seems to lag anyway. pretty annoying

1. Yes, when I went to make a deposit they told me to Western Union cash to some unknown person in Costa Rica. Really?

2. You mean like managing the sites security certificate(s)? This is more than an annoyance. There really isn't a good reason for these not to work for this long, unless there is a legitimate reason to not issue them.

Add number one and two together and it makes people (like myself) very leery of the entire network.

The lobby lag is really bad. It shouldn't take 4 seconds for it to update.

Make the tile table function tile the tables at their maximum size like every other site.

Allow users to save their own layouts.

Regarding point 1:
Pokerstars and FTP as well as cake did this for years. WU deposits to CR or PHIL is extremely standard and if I may add I have deposits this way and its completely 100% reliable. While I understand your concern you need to realize its an industry wide standard.

I can't answer your second point as I have no knowledge of the subject but certainly don't feel leery about depositing through this method
